The manager, George, was super helpful and pleasant to deal with. Our storage unit is exactly as expected (I mean, it’s storage after all) and the experience was quick and easy. Really, George is terrific to deal with.

Maple Valley, WA
Totally UNSAFE and unsecured storage. This place is rundown and mismanaged. The place is not maintained in any way. A prime example of this is the lack of lighting. I just moved in and went there for the first time at night. I noticed how dark it is everywhere. I took a count and of the 27 outdoor light fixtures, only 5 were working. «Is that a person lurking around my car ready to attack… I wouldn’t know since it is pitch black everywhere!» That many lights don’t go out over a month or two… more like several years! Also, I have an indoor unit, with a «secure» keypad door. The problem is one of the two doors does not shut properly (which they informed me when I did my walk through) and so it is always unlocked. They have no plans to fix this either. I asked about the issues and the property manager George got really angry that I would bring up these concerns. I know I won’t let my wife go there at night and I will be moving out this week.
