HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$!!! YOU’LL HAVE TO FIX THEIR NEGLIGENCE!!! Not only did they leave a HUGE mess behind, they drilled a huge hole in my furnace & then covered it up with duct tape! WITH DUCT TAPE!!! Only realizing this later, called to get some sort of resolution for the cheap fix, was told they would come the following day to fix it, but NEVER even showed up or called?!! My brand new furnace now makes a disturbing whistling noise. We have since contacted «a professional» company to fix the disaster! Shame shame to these people! Don’t make the mistake of hiring this company to come anywhere near your home!

I learned about the company when I bought Groupon for a vent cleaning package and furnace inspection. They did alright on the cleaning job, but they should be better if the covered the furniture before the cleaning, if they would give me more cleaning option for the groupon voucher with explanation, if they cleaned the floor somewhat afterwards, if they leave a paperwork for the service instead of trying to email me which hasn’t arrived at all, if they didn’t try to sell a pricey filter, if they would give me any inspection result and future possible maintenance suggestion…
