Needed some replacement cords for an old machine I had. I called first and talked to a very knowledgeable employee. He told me to bring in what I had and based on my description, he was pretty sure they had what I needed. When I got there, he took a look at everything I had and got me all set up for less than half the cost of ordering everything online! He did not try it over sell me and made sure everything worked properly before I left the store!

Not recommended. I needed a new charger cable for my Samsung Pad. The clerk took my old cable and matched it up to a replacement. I made the purchase and the clerk asked if he wanted me to dispose the old one. I said yes, assuming that I had purchased the correct replacement. I returned 20 minutes later with the cable he had sold me(it was for an I Pad). They did not have the cable I needed. I asked for my old one back. He pulls it out of the basket in 2 pieces. He said they always destroy the cables after they are given to the clerk. I said it might be a good idea to hang on to them for at least an hour after they are left. He says… Oh, you are making me feel bad” As Im leaving, I wanted to ask him how much copper was in that tiny cord that you had to destroy it immediately. I left there feeling patronized and insulted. Will never do business there again.

I was over at the laundromat washing dog blankets when I strolled over to Radio Shack, they have so much stuff in there– phones and all kinds of stuff. I finally obtained a cord so I could play my iphone in my car via my aux outlet. The guy was super helpful and friendly. I will consider going back for anything that is needed.
