Before calling Jerry at Stevenson Roofing, I had called countless companies that told me unless I was going to fully re-roof my house they wouldn’t come give me an estimate for a repair. (Repair was due to a trucking company hitting my roof line and gutters). A friend recommended that I call Jerry. He was so helpful and provided me the paperwork to fulfill the estimate requirements for the trucking company. Once I received my claim check, Jerry was back in a matter of weeks to complete the repairs. I appreciated the help and willingness to take on my small project. I will definitely will be using this company again when I’m ready fully re-roof my house.

I can’t say enough about the level of service, customer focus and quality that Jerry and his crew put into our roof. From the initial meeting to go over the scope of the job to the completeness of the estimate through to the actual work done on the roof, they couldn’t have done better. Nothing was left out or forgotten and Jerry brought his 35 years of experience to bear in making sure that all of the «hidden» stuff was right. In the end, I have a roof that is a showcase. I couldn’t recommend a company more highly.

We had a mess with some homemade trim around the back of our house. John sourced some help and got it all cleaned up. Not only did they do a great job on our roof, they made everything look like new. Crew leader was very responsible. Felt like he was paying attention to our experience as customers. We had rain every day so it took a little longer than usual. They kept me informed and I felt like I knew what was happening. They also pointed out an issue with my electricity connection that turned out to be a complete fire hazard. I never would have known if they wouldn’t have taken the time to tell me. (until a fire that is!).

What a fabulous job!!! Stevenson Roofing recently replaced the roof on my mother’s home. John (the owner) was incredibly professional and very fair with his pricing. His team of workers did a great job (highest level of quality that I could have desired). His team completed the job in a timely manner and they cleaned the site completely (removing all the debris). My husband & I booked an appointment with them on a Thursday to arrive at 8:30AM. They showed up on time but couldn’t reach the issue since roof was icy. The gentleman said he’d come back once the ice is gone. We didn’t hear back from them until Saturday; stating they are on their way to check out the roof. I asked them what happened the last few days; he said «we have been slammed». They did not apologize. When I informed them we found another contractor and thank you for calling, he replied, «uh huh» and disconnected the phone.
