I typically try to avoid this location because they never seem to get any part of our order correct. They’re always missing something or out of something. I wouldn’t recommend this location

I don’t know why I even try with Taco Bells. Besides the obvious visual appearance needing to be updated and cleaned, the ordering process is a little confusing with multiple people asking you want you want. Next, when you roll up to pay, PRAY you are not gay or alternative looking because you’ll have two or three extra employees staring at you like a zoo animal. The food wasn’t even warm, the «chicken» on the nachos was cold and slimy, and the quesoRedo burrito is definitely gross with the combo of cold nacho cheese and warm chicken. I’m good. No more. Honestly, work on meal preparation, cleanliness and human politeness. I know maple valley is a small town but tattooed homosexuals will order food from you and sound like women over the ordering machine and so don’t call your coworkers to gawk. Thanks!

I love the Maple Valley WA Taco Bell! Tami is the manager and she is a sweetheart! Of all the fast food restaurants Taco Bell is the tastiest and the healthiest. Could I complain about this or any other restaurant for this or that reason? Sure, but what good does that do me? Taco Bell food rocks. It just does.

Everytime I have gone to this location they are always out of something. The basics. Crispy chicken and no pop corn chicken at 8 pm, they were out of Cole slaw at 2:45 pm last week. About 2 months ago I went and they were out of chulpa shells.
When I have asked why they are always out of stuff during opening hours the excuse I got is that they are so slow so they don’t prep as much. This was the last straw. I will no longer go there. That means this location will be even slower as an owner and or manager I would not be happy knowing that.

Awful service. The worker was so obviously bored and I’m pretty sure the frown never left her face. They also forgot several items in our order. Won’t go back.

Not everything on the dollar menu is a dollar? That is what I was told when an item rung up 1.29. Not that .29 is a big deal but it should not be advertised on the «dollar» cravings menu. And that is a quote from the shift manager… Poor management. Yes, I know, it’s Taco Bell

I’ve been here probably about five times and every time I’m so disappointed!!! I still went because it’s the closest to my house but I will not be going there ever again after tonight’s service and old food. This place is absolutely dirty And I will never give my money to them again! If you can avoid this Taco Bell/​KFC like the plaque and just drive a couple more miles to covington!

if I could give this place no stars I would. I’ve been here twice and both times I have been treated so poorly that it makes my jaw drop. First time going, I asked to split the ordered and when I got to the window the man hadn’t done it. so when I asked if he was still able to he signed really dramatically and then went over to another worker talking so I couldn’t hear them, then all of a sudden he screamed «I DON’T KNOW HOW TO F**KING SPLIT THE ORDER» at this time I was really concerned so I told him it was okay and to forget about splitting them then he just held out his hand for my money, handed me my stuff without a word and slammed the window shut. similar situation just happened here the other day but it was a bratty girl this time. Super annoyed sounding and very short. If you don’t like your job, get a new one. but stop taking it out on your customers… very disrespectful

Absolutely spectacular Mexican cuisine (for the price).
If only they delivered.

This was a combo with KFC as well. Actually was meaning to go and get some gas while pulling the trailer, but saw this and we stopped. Service was very quick and the order was done correctly the first time. Amazing!

Taco Bell is Taco Bell, but after a few drinks Taco Bell tastes like heaven, lol! I forgot how good the Mexican pizza is! I have to have my hot sauce, sometimes most all Taco Bell’s forget the sauce, but nope they filled my bag with hella amounts of!
