The skin on their«famous» chicken is a sponge of awfulness. The meat is scattered so weirdly on each thigh that you catch bone every bite. The bones are blacked and smell like plastic. I can kindly say their chicken strips don’t taste like there’s hormones in them but how can you mess up chicken strips anyway? Most dive bars that fail safety inspections still make good fried food. Nothing quality coming out of a KFC that isn’t already coming out of Church’s or Popeyes. I can’t say how bad KFC is in any less words… I’ve tried and it still doesn’t break the surface of how nasty KFC is. And if you say that the skin makes the chicken taste better, reframe from reading this(too late) review and keep blinding yourself like you have been by holding that slippery skin over questionably hormone tasting chicken… And if you think those mashed potatoes are not made from powder…

This isn’t our favorite place, but we wanted some chicken. The food wasn’t bad! The chicken was tasty. The coleslaw was good along with the biscuits and mashed potatoes. The best part was the baked beans side. They must put pulled pork in them. Best of all … We actually got the entire order without a second visit.

I had the worst food and even worse service from Maple valley kfc. I actually posted a video of me pounding the buiscits on my count within 1 hour after buying them… youtube kfc metloans to see the crap we got served. Worse than the food was the service. filling our popcorn nuggets only ¾ full and then being a snot rude teenage witch at the drivethru. This store deserves to go BK… what poor management to allow such behavior and terrible quality of food to be served. you should be ashamed..

An absolutely ridiculous way of managing a business that you would expect to get repeat customers from. I really don’t go to KFC very often at all, maybe 3 or 4 times a year. But EACH time I have been to this location, they are out of something. Tonight was the last straw for me. It’s Friday night around 9:20 at the drive thru. I had worked a long day & my family had waited for me before eating and asked me to pick up dinner. I ordered an 8 piece and was told they didn’t have enough to fill the order; after going back-and-forth I was eventually told they had one piece of chicken left and they wouldn’t be making any more because they were«basically only open until 10». I pull up to the window to pay for the one drumstick they had & the hours were posted on the window. Hmh — it seems they are«basically» open until 10:30. I said, «So how long have you been having to tell people that you are out of chicken tonight» she gave me some cockamamie answer saying that«sometimes we just sell everything all at once». «wouldn’t that be the time to make more chicken then?» She«basically» was trying to tell me that she was just doing as she is told. I told her that I would be contacting management, and/or the owners to let them know that I thought it was ridiculous, she assured me the management would make it up to me. I’m thinking — how? Are you going to follow me home & cook my family some chicken? Highly unlikely. The way to make it up to me is to continue to cook food to serve your customers until the restaurant is closed for the evening. Much better to do that than to have your restaurant closed… for good!
