Gotta say the burgers are NEVER hot here and the cheese is never melted. It’s like they slap a luke warm burger on a bun that was made hours ahead and then add cheese. Funny the fries and rings are always hot and delicious, sadly not the burgers which is the #1 reason to eat there right? I’ve stopped going after ½ dozen bad experiences in a row. Seriously BK has gone down hill. I know of only one good one and it’s in North Branch.

Generally when I come here I get mediocre service so I don’t find it necessary to write a review, but last night I received particularly bad service. I went at about 8:00pm through the drive-thru. There was one car ahead of me that was just pulling away from the ordering sign as I approached. My order was taken quickly and accurately. The car ahead of me probably had a fairly large order since I saw at least three large pops in a carrier handed through the window. At that point it was 8:01. By the time I got to the window, it was 8:12. At that point, I was fairly frustrated especially since I was now running late and expected to be greeted with an apology and a request to make things right. Not only did nothing happen, but the staff was very nonchalant. At a service-oriented company like Burger King, I expect a lot and settle for slightly less. This was very disappointing and part of me wants to contact corporate and complain and part of me wants to just forget about it and not patronize this location again. I guess we’ll see which part wins.
