I was in this maplewood DSW store on 12÷13÷14 to buy shoes, the shoes prices were great but the customer service was poor. The cashier that was helping me doesn’t know if the shoe I am buying in store and the second same shoe online with different size will be the same price or not. She called another cashier named Dion for help, he refused to answer because he was busy socializing, giggling with someone who was about to leave the store, 5 other customers waiting behind me to check out, this guy kept us waiting for over 7 mins before coming to ask us how he can help. That’s service for you.

Hi, my name is Jacque and I love shoes. Especially when I get a great deal on them.
I won a gift card to DSW from a promotion thingy they had on FB and I needed some winter boots. I waited until after Christmas to see if I could score any deals on said boots, but I’d gone to the Roseville store to peruse the selection ahead of time.
I found a pair of boots for me, a clutch to give as a present and a winer hat that is quite cute! I made my way to the register only to find out that my gift card had expired on 12⁄1!
Thankfully (and this is the reason for that 5th star), the cahsier called the 1 – 800 number, explained the situation and they gave me the full credit for the gift card with no problems! I was extremely impressed by that.
I’ve been a customer of DSW for many years now and bought many cute pairs of shoes and purses and this only made me love them more.
