Over an hour and a half to get 1 box dinner 1 mile away. Ordered at 6:53pm, called at 8:05 the manager said it would be here in 15 minutes. Called back at 8:28 manager said it would be here in no longer than 5 minutes it is now 8:38 and it just arrived! The manager promised a «discount». She took off a whopping $ 5. No respect for our time. I am a small business owner in Maplewood, and I will definitely be letting my clients know that this is not the place to go if you are wanting pizza delivered in a timely manner. This location is just full of excuses and clearly needs to be put under new management.

Last time was yesterday 05/26/2015. Numerous times I have tried in total, each time I got my food cold and wrong. Forget ordering anything other than the traditional 1 topping pizzas, and do not expect fast or hot.

I’m shocked that this Pizza Hut rating is so low. Great deals and coupons online! The pizza was perfect and delicious. The service was good too, friendly during pick up and decent delivery time. I would highly recommend this Pizza Hut.

Don’t waste your time. I gave this location 3 chances because my kid for some reason really likes Pizza Hut. Every time I order from here it usually takes anywhere from one to two hours for delivery. Ridiculous. This time it was an hour and a half late and the order was cold and incorrect.

My recent experience with this Pizza Hut was infuriating. I placed my order online around 6:30 and patiently waited for my food to arrive. After the online time ran out I got a little worried but it was a Friday so I thought they might be really busy. Finally after 1hr 45min I decided it had been long enough and decided to call to see what the heck was going on and if I was ever going to get my pizza. I was put on hold for 7minutes and then the manager hatefully tells me that their internet was out and that she has been on the phone for the past 45 minutes trying to get it fixed and that they did get my order but didn’t know if I still wanted it(why would I not want it? Why would they not go on and make it?) and that she tried to call me(I received no call whatsoever) but if I still wanted it she would take 30% off my order. I told her sure I would take that offer. Then she says it will be ANOTHER40MINUTES and immediately hangs up before I could say anything else. I was already starving and decided that surely I heard her wrong and that it would not be another 40 min. So I wait and wait and wait and try to reason with myself that my pizza will actually be here soon until finally I can’t take it anymore and decide to call back a second time. At this point it has been OVER3HOURS past my order was originally placed and an additional 1hr 15min since I had talked to the manager. The girl on the phone starts shouting at the other workers to see if they can find my food and then tells me that my food HASNOTEVENBEENMADE. ! ! ! She says that the manager never put the order in and left and then asks me if I still want my food. She didn’t even offer any additional discount or anything. I asked her how long it would be before I got my food if I said yes and she said it would be ATLEASTANOTHER30MINUTES so I told her to just forget it and she hastily hung up on me as well. I can’t even comprehend how I wasted over 3 hours waiting on my food and then still never received it or any compensation for their screw-ups. Honestly the worst customer service ever.

I ordered by phone for pick up… and the nicest girl answered and got my order perfectly correct, changes and all. When I went to pick up the pizza and cheese sticks, she again was helpful and very nice… her name was Kelli. The pizza was delicious, and when I asked for paper plates and cups, she said they didn’t carry them at that location. She then gave me instruction to CVS down the street which I took advantage of… Thanks Kelli for a great pizza on the go… experience…;)

Ordered my pizza online for an 11:30 pickup. Walked in the door at 11:30 and was told I still have a 10 minute wait. While I was sitting on the rather uncomfortable bench I hear the phone ring twice, and both times the employees failed to answer. One was standing right next to it just on the computer. If it was me calling I would have been pissed! On the other hand the store is extremely clean and all you can smell is the pizza cooking. Most of these chain places nowadays smell dirty and look even worse, so great job Maplewood Pizza Hut!

Cheap pizza, tastes a little cheap too. I can only comment on their pizza under reheating. The hubby was left to fend for himself for dinner. Two pizza’s for under $ 14…not bad. I’m a huge crust fanatic, and this crust was a little too greasy for me.
