Went in here on a Sunday afternoon for the«Come be a Junior Juker!» event they have been advertising. Was extremely disappointed in the food. My wife and I both ordered salads($ 11.99) and we ordered the kids sliders and tater tots. I had to send my salad back. It came out of the kitchen with BROWN lettuce. Clearly left over and not made fresh. My wife, while she did not send it back, complained to me that her chef salad, was nothing but a head of lettuce(very little meat). The tater tots was the best thing to come out of the kitchen. Our waitress did remove my salad from the bill. I get that this place is geared toward the Friday and Saturday night crowd, but $ 12 for a salad it needs to be fresh. Won’t go back.

This place is great! Glad something moved in. Maybe it will stay longer then 6 months. It was packed on the Friday night we went. The crowd was a mix of young and old, singing and dancing to the songs they requested. The piano payers did not disposing. They where fun and interactive with the audience. The only thing I didn’t like that had nothing to do with inside. It has to do with what was going on outside. We where close to the door and when ever any one came in all you would smell was smoke from the smokers walking in and out. No one can change that, I’ll just try not to sit by the door next time.

Piano bars usually bring an obnoxious crowd with overpriced drinks, bad service and mediocre music. Live Juke Joint teeters on the edge of stereotype but is more tolerable. You are still going to run into bachelorette parties and birthday groups. The drinks are still kind of expensive. I think a jack & coke was $ 8 and a beer was $ 4.50, plus there is a $ 5 cover. Service was very good though. There are tons of waitresses and bussers and our gal was on top of it. And although we didn’t get food, the options sounded pretty good. The speaker system seemed to be out of whack, you could hear the music, but could barely understand the piano guys when they were talking. I think the bass was up too high. The tables seemed a bit more spread out than the previous businesses that used this space. You could actually walk around without bumping into everyone. The low tables in front with high-tops in back ensured that everyone could view the stage. We had fun. We sang along and got into it… it’s hard not to. We’re coming back this Thursday for their grand opening. The waitress said there were going to be some pretty cool specials, and I want to hit this place up again before the masses take it over.

Great food and service for a late dinner, not really the typical dueling piano bar. The dance floor is covered with tables(even after they aren’t being used for dinner service) and the piano players rarely play at the same time. The piano players knew the songs requested and were great single acts. The bar was pretty empty by 11:30 without a large dance floor.

A small, but unique menu of wings, burgers and sandwiches. Hard to pick a favorite, but the food is a great complement to an exciting atmosphere. The entertainment was great and the fact that the place is located in an eclectic neighborhood adds it. For a new venue, they got everything right from the beginning.
