Wilder’s painted my house before I lived there. How do I know? … Wait for the punch line.
I just moved into my house back in February and when we bought it, it had a nice fresh coat of paint on the inside and outside. It’s a builder’s grade paint, so it isn’t the greatest quality, but the skill used in applying the paint is apparent. I do not know how much this job cost the previous owner so I cannot comment on the value.
One thing I do know is that I have some ugly depressions in my front yard that have caused some drainage problems. I thought maybe they were from runoff channelling through the front yard, and over time, creating pools.
I thought this until I did a Google Maps search for my house (in Montclair) only to see Wilber’s Painting trucks parked on my front lawn — their tire tracks clearly map to the location of my current drainage problem.

Anyways — I only wish they would have respected the property a bit more, there was clearly plenty of room in the driveway guys!

I’ve used them several times and have been happy with their work. It’s nice having the sales/​account person different from the painters. The benefits of working with a larger company I guess. I’ve always had great communications with them, especially if there are any issues that need to be addressed. They rates are very reasonable and I’ve found them to be very response for scheduling. Will call them again.

I’ve used several painters and Wilber’s was far and above the best. They were held to very high standards by their bosses. They came when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. Their finished product was the best that I’ve seen anywhere. I’ve recommended them to friends who are also very pleased with their quality.

I am not pleased with the response time. The consultant I worked with canceled the appointment and then did not send a revision of the proposal after I spoke with her to revise the scope of work. I sent an email asking for the proposal after one week I still have not gotten the proposal or a call. Very unprofessional.
