Timber Lanes

Awful service. Lady there gave the worst ever customer service I’ve ever received. Left an awful taste in my mouth when I left, that’s how bad! She was rude and abrupt, ignored us, and I was in a group of 9. Even had the nerve to scold and berate us that we needed shoes to bowl as some of us wore flip flops as it is warm/​late spring-​early summer months weather. Even short and impatient when replying to my 8 yr old cousin when he went to report that one of our lanes was stuck/​stalled. I don’t care if you as a person are having a bad day at work while working at a bowling alley job, there is ABSOLUTELY no excuse to be short and impatient with a kid there at a bowling alley seeking fun, only to get impatiently immature and juvenile reaction from a supposed mature grown up! She had barked at him to just press a reset button when we’d already done that. Get a better job if you’re that miserable so you don’t spread your negative and toxic attitude to people. We left after just one set of game so we don’t waste our money but never again will I step foot in this business and will tell all others not to.
