You will not be served. There is something going on in this location. I think that they have regulars that perhaps tip well and they get priority. So although they state the company line about first come first serve the regulars get appointments.
I went in the morning and was told they were too busy as someone had called in sick. I was also told I could call and be put on a list for the day. So later I called and was told I was put on the list and given a time to come. Two people came through the door after me and were taken before me. I was told that they had called and were on the list! So if they have people calling given a time and stylist of their choice then they get taken in with that stylist at the time — that is an appointment!
Oh yes and if you tell them that people are jumping the que they will yell at you and tell you it is your fault and then the manager will come out and instead of smoothing things over will yell at you too.
I will never go back.

This place is a find! Excellent hair cut and highlights were awesome. Usually pay about $ 220 for this and it was only $ 40! This guy really is talented. Love it.
