laptop crashed, took it to NOS @ 10am, diagnosed as a virus infection and estimated $ 150 to fix it. called me at 4pm same day saying laptop problem has been fixed, and it wasn’t necessary to reload software and the cost would be $ 110, and come pick it up… WOW, couldn’t believe the speed of repair. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I would recommend this place to anyone. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have awesome prices and great customer service. I do photography and was having problem with my PC. It was very important to me to have this problem resolved ASAP. I called Dell Support line and they wanted $ 139 just to try to find the problem. No thanks :-X so I used Unilocal and could not have been more happy with their service. Another plus they had it done in a hour.

I needed a written repair quote for insurance purposes and this is one of the few places I could find that would offer one. They were quick, friendly, and gave me what I wanted — without even charging! They are a tiny tiny brand new store and are too nice to go out of business. Hope to do more business with them in the future.
