Kiwi Nails

I was in town for a couple days and desperately needed fills in my pink and whites. The lady who did my nails insisted on doing gel and painting my white tips vs doing pink and white gel like I asked. She basically told me I could not have what I asked for. So she painted the tips. They look terrible and chipped that night on 2 nails. I am very annoyed that I didn’t walk out when she told me she would only paint the tips. Now I have to go get them redone somewhere else. What a waste of money and time. Avoid this place it is not worth it.

Kiwi Nails is a great place for pedicures! Reasonable prices and even though they were super busy I didn’t have to wait long (5 min). They didn’t make me feel rushed even though they had other people waiting after me. Lots of color choices and clean environment. Highly recommend!

Not very good service. Nice and friendly but they don’t do a very good job actually painting nails. I paid 30 $ for shellac that is not covering the entire nail and on my skin in some parts. Way too much money for a bad manicure.

This was by far the worst experience I have EVER had getting a pedicure. The staff was so rude and the price was a joke for the service that we received! My entire pedicure could not have taken more than twenty minutes. I asked my technician to leave my big toes alone and not «cut» them as I have had surgery for ingrown nails and it is no longer necessary to «cut» that area. What is the first thing she does? You guessed it, she cut my nail and she cut it really really low! It actually hurt it was so low. I told her again that I did not want her to cut my nails and she replied «you don’t want me to cut your cuticles»? Um, what? Then she put oil on my feet and legs and rubbed them for approximately 30 seconds. That is NOT a pedicure people! The owner walked by and asked if everything was okay and my sister said «do you guys not do a massage on the legs and feet» and his reply was «yes, we do». They proceeded to then speak to each other in their native language and he looks at us and says «They say they did it» and he walked away. We were both flabbergasted! I tried this salon one other time when they first opened and was unimpressed but this took the cake. NEVER AGAIN!!! I wouldn’t go back to Kiwi Nails if someone else paid for it! And for the record, I have never written a bad review for a service I have received. I usually only take time out of my life to give good reviews but I felt like this had to be said!

Great service and they always do their best. It’s very clean and have reasonable prices! You will always come home feeling refreshed

Best place in town clean and good service

I’ve been here a handful of times and it’s always because I don’t have time to go to VN Nails near Costco where I prefer to go (they get 5 stars from me). Kiwi Nail has always done a cheap job trying to take shortcuts wherever possible. But today I’ve had it and will never go back! After getting the typical shabby job on a fill with French tips, I accidentally smudged two nails really badly. They needed to be repainted and I asked her to do so… I even offered to pay extra. The nail tech came over to look and she pressed the clumps back down and painted right back over the mess (didn’t even keep the paint in the lines) then slathered so much varnish over the train wreck that it was literally dripping down my finger. After my nails were dry enough to leave, another tech rang me up and the receipt had no place for a tip. When I asked, he told me I had to pay tips in cash… Well it’s lucky for me I didn’t have any cash. He said I will have to tip her next time. NEXT TIME!!! yeah right! There will be no next time! Save yourself the hassle and don’t bother with this d@mn place!

Great service! Friendly and the deluxe manicure and pedicure is GREAT!

I have been there about 6 times-​mainly for the convenience. I have not been impressed. Hannah was the best tech they had there but she is no longer there. don’t know why she left. I will go somewhere else from now on.
