Every time I come in they get me right in and do a great job! Theresa is awesome and I live getting a full spa pedicure for only $ 25.

The service is alright but I find the one male tech on the creepy side. I just want to relax when I get my nails done I don’t want to tell my life story. Please respect your clients privacy! I don’t think I will be back do to Mr. Chatterbox!!!

Mindy is amazing. She is does fantastic work. She is a good steward of time which I love. I can get my nails filled and be out in 30 minutes and they look perfect. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean and organized.

My spot used to be at Tucson Mall. I was very dedicated, until I considered getting a silk wrap done. Tucson doesn’t offer silk wraps anymore so I had to search around for a bit. Finally, I found Paulene’s and decided to try them out. Took a while to locate them because my Google Maps gave me the wrong address but once I walked in, they were extremely friendly and helpful. The technician was very gentle and explained everything to me. She even did my design from Pinterest very nicely. I left very satisfied! I plan to go back and try their pedicures soon.

I was excited! So excited and then BLAM. I’m am not an authority on nails by any means but I most certainly was not impressed. The staff was friendly and that’s about the nicest thing I can say about this place.
The walk thru — Looks clean, though it does not scream «Relaxing Spa Day». Friendly staff, but aren’t they all? Normal selection of services that is average in price. Walk in availability. I made an appointment for 1:30 and they got to me at about 1:45, which is not too terribly bad.
The service — Was there for a full set $ 27, no white tip. Rounded (personal preference). Oh goodness, ouch. My hand was treated in «rag doll» fashion. The technicians grip was too tight and she pushed at the skin under the nail bed until I had to pull back and tell her to stop. No cuticle care done at all. Had to request that the paint and nail glue be removed from my skin.
I don’t feel like I got as much from this place as you would from someplace else. It felt very rushed. It just was not my thing.
I won’t be back, I won’t recommend.

I had a great pedicure here. They are VERY clean, all of the sanitization machines are out in the open where you can see that the tools are sanitized. I also happened to be there right around closing and they were very through with cleaning all of the pedicure machines as well as the rest of the shop. I will be going back.

As I’ve stated alongside my other nail reviews, I’m still searching for my favorite nail salon after moving back to the OP almost two years ago now. I’m still searching for the pedicure in town.
That said, this place gets the job done. It’s a nail place that offers all the normal options. Pedis, Manis, etc in massage chairs with blue water. The price is similar to others and the staff is as friendly as they can be with language barriers.
While I don’t have anything negative to say, there was nothing that wowed me enough to want to come back.

Went here yesterday for a mani/​pedi and never to return again… This place DOES NOT sanitize their tools :-(
