I have never had a warm sandwich from this particular franchisee — always served at room temperature. Today I ordered a basic roast beef sandwich and was served my food from a disheveled male. His fingernails were so dirty that they were black underneath. This man handled my drink and my food. I had to be careful not to gag on my food as I ate it and in reality I should have refused it. I have never had good service from this restaurant and will never eat there again after the fingernail incident. I do not recommend this Arby’s to anyone. Obviously the employees can’t even wash their hands.

Unbelievable. Order Arby melts and we got home and found that we have roast beef sandwich with swiss cheese. Im pretty sure that an Arby’s Melt is roast beef and cheddar cheese. Called them up and they told me an Arby’s melt comes with swiss. Whatever! Ive worked at one.

12÷4÷14 ordered 2 cheese arby’s waited forever as no fries made and then when I got back to work there was a blob of cheese approximately the size of a quarter in the middle of each sandwich. I called them and the manager on duty, Heather, told me that the machine dispenses the correct amount and is calibrated once a month. I suggested they took down the photograph of the lovely cheese laden sandwich on the order board as it was in no way an accurate description of what was sold. I was not offered any voucher towards anything else. Will not go again.

this arby’s is about 15%-20% more expensive than any other locations i’ve been to in tx. any of the combos will end up costing you $ 7 or over. the food always comes out lukewarm if you can even get what you wanted in the first place. with the locals, they’re notorious for not being amply prepared and can sometimes take over 20 mins to get your meal ready.
