Whataburger

First time trying this place! I’m from California and I don’t see these often! Traveling through texas we decided to have this for dinner and the burger was pretty bomb! The bun was super soft and fresh! The fries were a little on the salty side, but they were good! Staff was friendly, smiles on their faces! Yum, great cheeseburger!

Waiting fifteen minutes… For what we received as an incomplete order. They had to ask for our receipt back to find out exactly what was ordered. Forgot the utensils for salad, no cranberries in salad. Only gave us one drink. Won’t be back! You would have thought when ordering a number one burger and a cranberry grilled chicken salad with two drinks would be a simple order…

Whataburger burgers are some of the best burgers you can get, and the same with this place; but this place has problems with customer’s satisfaction.
Every time I go there, one of the workers starts sweeping, right around the area where I’m trying to enjoy my dinner. When I ask them to please wait, or sweep somewhere else, they have an attitude and say something smart ass.
I ask politely, but that’s not the way they respond.
And so I say, let ‘em have it. I’ll get my burgers elsewhere.

Went through the drive-​through. Our food was delayed some because of a computer problem they had to fix, but they brought our food out to us piping hot. They got our order right and they even threw in an apple pie because of the wait issue (without my having to ask). I was very pleased with this service. This was actually the 3^rd time I had eaten at this whataburger location. The last time we went my husband ordered a burger with no onions, but they messed up and put no pickles instead. So he had to pick the onions off. But I can see that being an honest mistake. This time I had them read our order back to us before we finished ordering and they got it all right. I love Whataburger’s chicken because it is actual pieces of white meat chicken, as opposed to a pressed patty or nugget.

Don’t always expect much from fast food, but I do expect it to be fast. Going through the drive thru, I had to repeat my order multiple times and then after waiting 10 min at the window, I was told to pull forward to wait even longer… When they came out with my food they explained to me that there was a problem with the computer and they had to fix it error. For the inconvenience they gave us a hot apple pie and apologized. I was pleased with the with the professionalism and the courtesy and the food.

Great Whataburger, great people too! They’ve ALWAYS been nothing short of awesome there. Better than the Burnet and Georgetown locations by far.

After-​bar, drunk drive thru experience exceeded all of our expectations. I was DD, so I can soberly tell you the fish sandwich was hot, and very yum!
TIP: Go when sober.

If you want to be able to text, make calls, write an essay, and send off a business plan after you order, this is the place to do it. You just cant be any slower to get food out! All three times we have been here same issue. Food is just like any other Whataburger, but please get someone with some competence running your kitchen!

No thank you… Not a fan! Came here after wine tasting with some Texas friends and was not impressed at all. The people were pretty entertaining though

You want me to get back in line and run my credit card again for 60 cents to get a BBQ sauce? Not very cool. You have a whole section of the menu for sauces with no price. Put a price up there so I know to pay up front.
