We ordered door knobs & drawer pull from Broadway Showroom. When we received them, some of the pulls were different from the others, same style, wrong size. We asked them to correct the order and they insisted that we make a special trip to return the wrong items before they would order replacements. When we returned them, they provided no documentation of the return, but ordered the replacements. When the replacements came in, they charged us for them as we could not prove that we returned the wrong items. Poor service all the way through, not accountable for their mistakes, air-head customer service representative.

I have purchased quite a few lights at this place. In December, I purchased two bathroom lights for 600 dollars. The electrician who was going to install them told me that they wouldn’t provide enough light, so go back and exchange for lights that went downward. Receipt in hand, I went back and purchased two lights for around 400 dollars. I expected a return of about 200 dollars. I was told that there would be a restocking fee– maybe. 66 dollars! My refund was 116. I will never go back there. Buyer beware. Has anyone else ever heard of such a practice? Antoinette Harding
