Since I didn’t have the the time for a full pedicure I had the mini-pedi which the website advertising as being a condensed version of the the traditional pedicure. I’ve been getting pedicures for over a decade so I am hoping the woman doing my nails just forgot a few steps since I only got a quick scrub and a coat of polish. Hardly worth the $ 40. I won’t be coming back here.

Please tell Jackie thank you for the best massage I’ve ever had(I’ve had 100’s and graduated from massage school). My dad and I were raving about her mad skills + intention of giving 100%- it really comes through in her massage! Your spa is so friendly and we had the best time. My nearly 99-year old Gramma, Evelyn was beaming all day! Swam in the ocean for the first time all season that evening! Love and light to all of you at Rick’s. See you again! Sarah

I will not apologize for this review. It was dreadful and embarrassing money tossed in my face and words. If the owner wants to respond and degrade my business a service she never received it just proves my story correct. I went back to Speak to Rick the owner and discuss this as adult about the service mentioned below also my shellac nail did chip and I am not one to pay 100 for something and just say whatever.(less than 24hrs) Lisa 1st threatened to bash my bunnies in Unilocal(I never gave her service) and called the police. REALLY! crazy people do exist. As a local for over 30 years I have never been treated with such disrespect. Not only did they take advantage of my family(grandma) but they are hostile when questioned. We used to be regulars. MEANGIRLS. I am from Cali. maybe Im a push over but MEAN We have been there many times getting polish changes and hair services. Mostly when I am in town I wait for my grandma who gets her hair done by getting my nails done. And i leave with my grams paying i never speak to anyone. Well this time I paid and well.. . I was charged $ 60 for a pedicure. $ 95 total? Nothing was added other than shellac. Confused I questioned. Instead of her apologizing for the mis understanding and trying to figure out a fair outcome or at least try and explain why. Lisa’s response ;You always come here and only get polish change anyway” as if She was upset I got service at all. excuse me I said with a little shock and under tone Lisa said«well we charge just as much as the Marriott, if you do not like it go somewhere else. «really» I stated. Confused and now upset this is how shegive them so much money every couple months for the last few years as my grams is a 40 year resident. And ya when I tale her rather than waiting Ill get a polish change, I don’t even need it sometimes. I enjoyed speaking to them as I know all about the nail ladies because I am sweet and we chat. She was mad I only got polish changes really. NOWITSPRINCIPLE While waiting for them to return my item to the card, because of her responses I also decided to return what i bought which upset her more. 4 others chimed in while I proceeded to ask why they did not inform me about the pedicure options and just went ahead and gave me the most expensive? «one saying«you should know what your paying for» well that’s why I am asking? I called in the apt– I did look at the options. they also made me fell extremely low by putting me down in front of clients. There is nothing special about the $ 60 and $ 45 treatment. maybe water. Lisa was so rude saying I always raise trouble? WHAT? Does she have me confused with someone else. I’ve never speak her before or even seen her. That was hurtful and very untrue. Why would someone say such a thing. Now I am upset and said«excuse me that is not true what is wrong with you I just do not see why you did not offer me the options and went ahead and assumed I wanted the most expensive» I never asked for my money back. Just why? Maybe a little to loud I guess but not Yelling no mama. I was so shocked this women would say such thing. All because she is upset I am questing her. Two seconds later a coworker comes around the corner who knows me and says, alexis what happened your always so nice and sweet why are you so upset. Lisa now caught lying still continues to degrade me then the mean girls chime in behind the counter. At this point we are in a little tit for tat as I am on the phone. My friend is telling me walk out but they still had my card. I asked for the OWNER Lisa said I am the owner. I almost fell over. I was upset and felt attacked by her and her daughter and 3 other women whom worked their. To be honest they were rude behind that counter which is why I would avoid them and have my grams pay. My grams likes her stylist so we went for years. Not anymore. I would never in a million years degrade my clients even if they were correct. I do own a buiness and Yes I’ve had maybe 2 of 40 women treat me badly; always keeping a professional face. Lisa slammed the pen down and said sign. I had 4 women standing behind a counter making me feel like crap pens being slammed down and being treated bad b/c she thinks I am someone else !! I had to stand my ground, and I said«I feel sorry for you» truth. I felt like I was in a movie. I am still shocked which is why I am writing this review. Man o Man. If you read this and you have any dignity for how people should be treated, no matter the other reviews. This one should be enough say. No Way! The have been taking advantage of my grams and I questioned it. They never offered me the options over the phone and gave me the most expensive because they knew we could afford it THATDOESNOTMAKEITRIGHT. GOTOTHEMARRIOTT same price and MUCHBETTERATMOSPHERE an SWEET and they actually have spa treatments(with lavender and scented sea salts) and arms therapy.

Just had an amazing massage, Jackie was very attentive and paid very close attention to my needs. She was able to work out my back while still staying relaxing and enjoyable. I have had many massages with many different therapists, and I must say that she ranks up at the top of my list. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I had a Shellac manicure done by Krista and she did a beautiful job. Very pleasant person, easy to talk to and fun. She was prompt and eager to help with color choice and designs. Left me completely satisfied and my nails looked perfect! Gabe has been doing my hair for a long time and always does the best job with color and cut. Very personable, makes you comfortable in the salon and can help you achieve a classic look or update you with something modern and fun. I was recommended to go to him after multiple people told me he did an amazing job with highlights. Never disappointed! I see other reviewers commenting on prices but it is much more reasonable than any comparable salon in Naples. You get quality services at a fair price!

Went for a pedicure on vacation. Elaina was the one who gave me my pedicure and she was very nice and did a great job. She offered me something to drink on several occaisions and she really knew what she was doing. We had a nice conversation about places to go and see and she was very helpful on things to do and places to go. I would definately go back and ask for Elaina(Not sure of the spelling). My only complaint which is minor was that the chair was not the most comfortable chair I have sat in. No reclining. Again not a big deal but I have been in some chairs that will massage and put you to sleep they are so comfortable.

I recently decided to donate my hair, 10 inches is the required length. I donate about every 2 years, but this time having just moved to SW Florida, i did not personally know any of the salons or stylists in the area… so naturally i was nervous! i had seen Rick’s salon on Marco Island, and decided to give it a try… i am so glad i did! Courtney was my stylist, and she did a great job! We discussed the desired length and after a quick measurment… the hair was off! Donating regularly has made me realize it is so much better to do more chopping and less talking, and deal with styling after the hair has been removed– to avoid getting cold feet! She did a wonderful job, and left me with a very flattering hair cut that has had fabulous reviews! normally i am super nervous before the cut, and extremely remorseful after the realization of my loss sets in… this was not the case with this years donation! in fact i experienced the exact oppisite… i love the hair, and am so glad i can donate my locks to a worth cause! special thanks to Ricks– the lady’s at the counter for pointing me in the direction of the bar… but especially courtney… i finally like my hair short!
