Disappointed with this location. My dad went here to pick up dinner for the family and when he got home, we noticed we were missing an entire meal. I called the store to complain and they knew they forgot the meal. They asked what I wanted and i said if you could deliver the meal for no charge, I will accept that. The cashier agreed and stated the food would be at my house in 15 min. After waiting over 30 min, I called the store back and they said the driver had to make a stop on the way and to call back if he wasn’t there in 10 min. Why wasn’t my meal a priority? They forgot my order then gave me a completely wrong time frame of their attempt to fix their mistake. This is very disappointing. I do not recommend this business.

Love their pizza so we had some delivered to share with our guests. And as fate would have it we had a problem with the order. When I called they said sometimes that happens. Well sure it does but then you make it right… After all I did my part, I ordered and paid… So if nothing is offered for an issue after I repeatedly told my guests what great pizza they had I loose face and I go elsewhere.

Great Food! CLASSIC Chicago Style Pizza! We order pizza on a regular basis and Rosatis never fails. Fast and Curtious delivery drivers. Fresh Hot Food!

Good Rosatis, but when I told them about a issue I had w/​my pizza being made wrong, they did nothing about it… kinda pissed me off…
