Not a very good dryclean delivery Service. Each and every time I have had clothes picked up on Monday and told they would be delivered that Thursday. I have had numerous things clean there including a king size comforter with a spot where my dogs made a mess and when I received the comforter back it smells funny and the spot was still there. It has taken a minimum of a week and a half for them to complete even 1 suit. Most recently I called prior and explained I needed my suit delivered by Thursday for a wedding however they did not deliver and I needed to purchase a new suit. I will not be using them again and would not recommend.

I will be the first to review which is great. So I walk in and no one is at the front counter. I can hear and see people walking around in the background. Finally a Latin women comes up to me and says yes. I would have preferred Hello, How can I help you? Nope. She barely spoke English. I asked her about laundry services she didn’t understand me. After going back a fourth she finally understood. I asked for prices she didn’t know threw out some numbers then went to the back to find out more info. This review is based on the bad customer service I received. They will not be getting my business.
