Jesse’s Xtreme Sports Bar

Bad service seems to be a theme here.
Long story short I handed my disabled veteran ID (federal govt. issued ID) instead of my drivers license and basically got refused and asked to show second ID. Bartender never even turned it over to look at the birthday. So I handed her my state ID and then explained it’s my military ID is a govt. ID same as a drivers license and for word for word «just for future reference the birthday is on the back»
She goes off like I know and it’s my right to ask for another ID. Then gives me a rant about how the her name was on the liquor license and etc etc. at this point I had already given my Florida ID so I didn’t really see the point of her doing that. I mean I wasn’t arguing I already complied with her wish to see an additional ID. Even the people next too me (out of towners) commented on how rude she was.
My thing is if you know what it is why did you not even look at the back to check the birthday? I was trying to help you out. Because if you knew what it was then basically you refused my legal ID before even examining it.
So not to make a scene, plus it was the only place with an open pool table, I said ok smiled and still tipped. But then an hour later as I’m leaving I look back and the bartender is yelling ass hole towards the door.
Again all I did was give my disabled veteran id and I still tipped her twice for drinks after that. Needless to say I won’t be back and I don’t recommend this place to anybody not from the area or going with someone who is. Seems like this is a local bar and they aren’t too friendly to others.
I will say this though. The customers were pretty nice. Place was chill. Drinks were good prices. I would have returned here, but the bartender who was so rude I don’t see myself ever going back.

This place is like cheers to me. I always feel at home because it is not only a respectable place bht a place i can go by myself and always have a friend there. It only lets me rate a 5 but its a 10 to me. Cheers Jesse’s… cheers.

I brought my father and friend from California here and all of us were treated with disrespect by the owner who was working at the bar! I dont advise you coming here as customer service is a foreign idea! We will not come back for any reason! 1 star was a nice rating. I sat and tried to finish the bucket of beers we ordered so its funny this man jessee who wasnt present before We ordered a pitcher of beer wings and a bucket had anything to say! What im supposed to tip big on a pitcher of beer smdh really! Im flabergasted at the level of customer service this establishment has shown and continues to show

Awesome place to come get a drink! They also have an full menu of great food. Best bar ever. Love this place!!!

Generic food, rude and pre-​occupied bartender seemed too busy yapping her trap to a drunk regular. Made us run a tab like it was a packed weekend right from the second we ordered in an empty bar on a Monday night. I could see if it was packed and/​or a weekend but really? Drop the attitude and you might have more customers who will return. My girlfriend and I will not be coming back.

Very friendly place with great service, reasonable prices and good food. Owners and bartenders keep it clean, respectable and safe. Good drink specials each night and a free food at happy hour.

I came here a few weeks ago after a concert and the food was disgusting. My husband and I went to Jessie’s last night for karaōke however we did not stay. My husband is a recovering alcoholic so I go up to the bar to order a wine for myself & ask what non-​alcoholic beer they have and I was told by Jen (who apparently OWNS the place) they only serve REAL MAN beer! I was left speechless! I myself am in the bar business and have been for many many years and I could never imagine saying something like that to a customer. How dare you say that to me and say that in front of my husband. She was so rude to me as I was still being very nice. Our friends were embarrassed that we were treated so poorly after driving all the way from Plantation so we left and went somewhere else. I hope you realize when we left we took 5 car loads of people. Jen shame on you and I hope you learn how to get manners.

This is my favorite bar in South Florida! We moved to Coral Springs last year and from the 1^st time we walked in Jesse’s we had nothing but Awesome service every time! Jen and Jesse rock! I loved Jesse’s beers he made. We had to move back to Chicago unfortunately due to some family health issues but when we come back for visits or permanent we will be back in for sure!

Had my girlfriends birthday here last night 8÷7÷15.
15 of us took up the high tops on the Dart side.
Fantastic food «as always» Great service «Normal with Jesse» and other good fiends that come to Jesse’s.
Would not have been the same if we went somewhere else.

$ 69 tip, after I bought the whole bar a round of shots. that would be over a 50% tip. Well worth it at this place.

I came here and had a great time. Bartenders and drinks were on point and well priced. The chicken philly is amazing and their wings rock! I love how it is an adult playground with darts, pool, life size Jenga, etc. I will be coming back again!

We moved away recently. My girl and I often talk of how much we miss this place. A true bar’s bar.

Love this bar. Great food, great drinks, and great people. They have darts, pool, karaōke, beer pong and a great selection on the jukebox. If u haven’t been before you should definately try it.

This is one of those places where of you’re not a regular, or planning on becoming a regular, prepare for a hit or miss experience. The food is reaaaaaaally good most of the time (there used to be a place called Spankys nearby that made philly cheesesteaks, the ones here are better when the staff is on their game that night. Even on their worst day the phillys here are 10x better than miami subs.) the issue is the service. The staff is just kind of rude and snippy if they don’t know you well. I get it, it’s a «had the same regulars for a few years» kind of place, but it’s happened more than once and with different people, and im sewing im not the only one having that problem — and they seem kind of argumentative on social media, which can be a bit awkward and off — putting to read. Maybe theyre stressed out a lot over there and in need of more help? Either way i wish them well, but i wont be going back and wouldnt recommend it. Sucks cause, like I said, damn good philly.

My favorite after work watering hole! Good food and great prices. They have drink AND food specials daily. Karoke on sundays until football season. They cater to your sports needs, will change a TV near you upon request. Chicken philly is one of my favorites, also have great burgers. Staff has become friends and almost family!

Great for take out. We have taken out like 6 times & it’s always great for their type of food. Tonight we got conch fritters (very good), Ruben philly (excellent) & a sausage philly (also excellent).

I had bad experience comming here i been here twice frist time i was here i order drink took long time i can understand when its busy. I will it give another try second time i come with my boyfriend. My boyfriend ask me order
i did. I gave the bartender lady the mvoney… so when. I was getting my change back i got it all back in my hand she gave me very bad attitude. Told me i get Payed hereoff tips. Even tho she handme back money in my hands i was going give her tip. Its just way she said it… was very rude.

Me and all of my friends are over 25, got haggaled about our legal state drivers license ID’s… Wtf… They even asked for another form of Id to substantiate our DL, they are spotless mind you. After that they noticed I had a shaker cup in my hand and I showed them it was water, I even let them smell it and they still wanted me to do away with it… Again wtf

I give this place 5 stars for the Philly cheese steaks! However, service sucks! If you are not a regular they have no reason to make any effort at all. So if customer service is your thing… stay away.

Great neighborhood bar with regular patrons, welcoming and friendly. Love going in for just a quick beer, to shoot some pool or to watch a game. Sometimes I forget to leave:)
