We’re visiting from Tucson and I am so beyond disgusted with this chipotle. I was overcharged for one, but that the least of my worries. The steak meat tasted like it was from the night before. The meat was dried out to a point where it was hard. The cashier behind the counter was picking at his teeth only to walk to the back of the kitchen and start eating food that was being prepared. The women’s bathroom sink was out of order with no other alternative to sanitize your hands. There was pee all over the seat with no sanitation seat covers.

Great place for a quick filling meal. They have lost a lot of fans recently, but the food quality is just as good.

So glad that Maricopa with all the fast food options that they have, finally got a chipotle! Whenever I come in the staff is very friendly. Restaurant itself quite small compared to other locations but the patio is nice when the weather allows, thumbs up and shoutout to Nick on the line!

STAYAWAYFROMTHISRESTAURANT! Bathrooms are not cleaned! Peppers and Onions are served burnt! Fruit with the kids meal has MOLD on it! Employees are rude and inattentive! Missing 2 items from my order! Brought all of this up to the«manager» and she did absolutely nothing except refund my burrito. No apology. Didn’t throw out the rest of the burnt food. or the moldy oranges… just kept on serving it… and will serve it to you, if you eat there. The final straw was watching the employees gossip among themselves, OBVIOUSLY talking about my group and our complaints. Maybe one of them could have made peppers and onions and not burn them? Or clean the bathrooms? Throw out the moldy fruit? Bye Chipotle.

Ordered a steak burrito and got a grizzly burrito. Gave tip at the cashier in their tip bucket and not even a thank you. Place had 5 customers at 6:30 pm on a Friday evening. That should have of given me clue as to what I should have expected. Done with this place!

This place posted multiple positions available. When I called to ask about young workers they replied they prefer to not hire people under 18. So much for promoting business that want to make the Maricopa community a better place. I guess the young workers 18 and under are not good enough for this place. I also relieved a call from the corporate office in Denver 303−947−9973 she refused to provide a clear reason for not hiring people 18 or younger even after she said there was no reason they can’t hire as young as 16. She refused to provide her name and any further written acknowledgment for this concern. According to EEOC guidance«if an employer is going to prefer older workers to younger ones, there should be a valid articulated business reason rather than mere age for doing so.» First the health safety concerns and now this. Where will the discrimination stop? Let’s hope they don’t start feeling like discriminating based on other things! FYI more positions posted but they don’t plan on hiring anyone under 18 just because apparently they discriminate against the working age kids of Maricopa that want to be a productive part of our community. Another Good job chipotle.

Good place with good food and a friendly staff. Yet, not really five star material as the food doesn’t really stand out from the rest of the fast-food crowd. Overall a, pardon my english, meh experience.

Heard all the hype and never went to one of their stores. Food very bland and dry. We ordered 3 meals and no one in the family liked 3 different items. Live in MARICOPA year round. First time last time. If I was starving I’d rather order a glass of water. Waste of time waste of money waste of gas.

For it being in Maricopa– I already expect it to be clean and new. They just recently opened this store. A friend and I stopped to get dinner around 9pm. The store was clean, like most. It was pretty empty prior to entering but a group of teenagers came almost immediately after. The store was filled with a group of 8 – 10 teenagers of different groups. The staff was in a rush(you can tell) One staff member messed up on rolling a burrito, the cashier was rude and tossed our water cups. A guy behind the cooking grill was playing on his phone. All in all I’m glad there are new stores open in Maricopa and Chipotle being one of them but if the customer service remains the same, the store won’t be open for long.

Will never visit Chipotle again. After we got very ill 8hrs after eat @ this location, I got completely«blown off» by the staff after reporting it. The Corporate of didn’t even show common courtesy to handle my issue properly, they just«handled» me. …not to mention the rude behavior of their largest employee, any employee that doesn’t care enough about patrons to have such an attitude isn’t going to care enough to use food safety protocols for those patrons.

I’ve gone to this location several times and they were phenomenal each time. They had great portions and were really quick and courteous. However, this time around, when I placed an online order, they forgot and order and I had to come back after arriving home to find a meal missing. When I finally got home the second time, I ate my bowl midway to find a metal black brown piece of wire in it. It wasn’t a twig. And when I called in to tell the store of this, my only option was to come back in to file an incident report. Now, we have to go through each order to make sure nothing else is in there.

I’m giving this 5 stars but it doesn’t deserve 5 stars. That’s stupid, you might tell me, and you might be right. I don’t care. I love Chipotle. I love it so much. I’d drink their sour cream. I could eat their guac all day every day and nothing else. I love their rice. I love it all. What I hate is that, much like every other business in Maricopa, the service here sucks. They’re inconsistent, they dont know how to wrap a burrito right, they seem to miss easy/simple things and take forever to do stuff, sometimes the line looks downright sloppy. The layout of this place is the worst for any Chipotle I’ve ever been in, and trust me I’ve been in a ton. The parking lot of the entire strip mall is so bad. Does Maricopa just get second-rate engineers and architects at all times? Why is every parking lot in this city so awful? Why is it so hard to get in and out of this freaking place? Are they stupid? I think they might be stupid. Then again, I think I might be stupid because despite all that, I gave it five stars. I did that because I love Chipotle, and I hate the lack of options in this town, and I could live at this, the shittiest of all Chipotles, forever simply because there isn’t anything else better here.

Gave this place a second chance. Walked in and could not hear the counter gal since the echo in the place is like being in a tunnel. I had to repeat myself several times as to what I wanted on my burrito since no one can hear one another. Not only that, the attitude I received from the high school drop outs that work there. When I started my order they were giving me the vibe I was annoying them to just be there in there restaurant. Then, the owner/manager comes over at the end of the line and with her«bare» hands mind you, folded my burrito. Paid for my order, cashier gave me a condescending«have a greaaaat daaaayyyy» as I could feel her eye’s rolling. Took my burrito home, rice was way under cooked ~ again, bland ~ again, and given very little meat that tasted burnt. Oh don’t forget! A a table spoon of guacamole is $ 1.75??? Never again…

Love Chipotle! But this one skimps on the meat. Most times I go to the Chandler Chipotle and others in the city and they load you up with meat. We got Barbacoa bowls last night and I’m not being dramatic… there were literally 4 chunks of meat in the entire thing. Still good a good dinner… but I’m not a vegetarian. I basically paid $ 10 for a veggie dish. C’mon Chipotle of Maricopa, you can do better. Staff is nice and helpful.

The layout of the place is awful. Most Chipotles have a natural line flow to follow, but here the path is straight to the register, which we all know is NOT where to start. The burrito prep area is also much smaller, giving this place that«airport restaurant» type of feel. Everywhere you sit feels cramped and too close to others. It’s really odd, because the Starbucks makes great use of their space. Maybe this will just take some getting used to. The food is solid, reliable Chipotle. So meander to the front for your semi-healthy animal-friendly burrito fix.

I’ve been here a few times and the food has been great. The staff are usually nice and the line is as slow as every other chipotle so it’s probably not avoidable. The only thing that’s gone wrong for me so far is ordering online but it was awful. I wanted to get my husband lunch before class and so I ordered online. Website informed me that my food would be ready for pick up in 30 minutes which was acceptable. My husband stopped by to pick up everything after 45 minutes and they hadn’t even started the order. The girl at the counter got a little defensive and so the interaction got combative and snowballed into a really negative experience. If you can’t handle online ordering that’s perfectly understandable but accepting and ignoring orders is just going to continue to lead to negativity and dissatisfaction. It would help to receive an apology instead of defensive excuses. Stuff goes wrong just apologize and fix it and people will chill.

I am so happy that they opened a Chipotle in this little town. Maricopa definitely needed better food options and I’m so glad they choose Chipotle or Chipotle decided to open their chain here. I came by this location around 8pm and noticed that they weren’t busy. Maybe I just beat the dinner rush? Food is very consistent with most Chipotle’s chain restaurants which I like because everything was fresh, delicious, and they don’t skimp out on ingredients. I asked if I could eat outside in the patio with my dog and they said it was okay which I was very happy about it. The outdoor seating doesn’t have another door so you would have to climb over the little fencing. While eating outside, we were somehow locked in and out which I found was very weird making it kind of an inconvenience to get drink refills but it wasn’t a big deal to me. Love the exterior design and it looks great passing through in the evening time! I experienced great, friendly, and quick service and I am a happy customer!

They have brought good food to Maricopa!!! Thank you for doing it right! As with all the other locations this is another in a long line of good food venues! As I walked in I happy to see that there was a lot of people who like good for you food. On the other hand I was shocked at how many people were in here to get some Chipotle and how long the line was. It moved pretty quickly and I had my food soon enough. Everything tastes great and they didn’t break open my colossal burrito when closing it up. Got it home and was really happy chomping down my monster burrito. Thanks again Chipotle!!!

Today Chipotle finally opened! Not much to say yet. The line was ridiculously long but moved fairly quickly. The food was delicious and the service was great. So glad we have one in Maricopa!!!
