Worst experience I have ever had at a Dairy Queen! I ordered 2 blizzards that are regular menu items. The cashier overcharged us $ 2 for some reason and was unable to refund us our money. Then she failed to make the blizzards the correct way. When we ask her if she could remake them, we sat there for 20 minutes before they gave us new ones. And guess what. They were wrong, AGAIN! They will not be receiving any of my money again!

I moved to Maricopa two years ago, and if you want ice cream Dairy Queen is the only option out here. The service is very poor, the wait time is very high, and they are regularly out of most items such as bananas. Our town is used to this and expects this from this location, just check the Unilocal reviews. Tonight we decided to go for ice cream and our expectations were low as usual, but even with the low expectations I was blown away by the way I was treated. I think the guy said three sentences to me. «One minute.» «What do you want?» And «That’s $ 15.38». The tone was so rude as if I was an inconvenience in his day. After I gave him the money, he just held my change out the window with one hand while the rest of him was inside the window and he just held it out there until I took it. Not one thank you or nice tone, not even a smile. Thank goodness the Freddy’s just opened in town for another option, because I will never go back there. I am so shocked that I was there as a nice paying costumer and was friendly and smiles with my kids and I was treated like a pain in the butt that just needed to leave. Even my six year old commented on the poor experience. Please close or fix this location, it is terrible.

Worst service I have ever received, I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Took the lady 5 minutes to acknowledge my existences. Then an extra 20 just to get my blizzard! When I asked for it the lady gave me attitude, getting upset that I sat down at a table rather then wait by the register in a crowd of people.
The places has flys all around.
Working in the restaurants industry before I understand how orders get backed up but I had never let a costumer stand in line without being greeted.
Please get on top of your employees about wearing proper work attire, last time I went through OSHA hand book sliders were never allowed. Only non slip shoes in a kitchen area.

Worst place ever. I’ve been here a handful of times in 2+ years and have never gotten out of the drive through in less than 25 minutes. Horrible customer service. Seriously, who runs this place? Shame on you.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. Ordered (9:15) Sat in the line for drive thru for 30 mins (stuck most of the time behind the building where they trap you so you can not leave) Get to window to pick up order, get Told «sorry the kitchen is closed, we close the kitchen 20 mins before close time, which on Friday nights is 10:00»…My reply «yeah but the order was placed at 9:15». Girl at window stands there with blank look on her face. So point taken DQ of Maricopa does not want business. Will never return.

NO customer service. Have visited several times, never been satisfied. After my last visit, I will not return. Waited for 15 minutes after ordering 2 Blizzards. No one ever even started on the order. Asked for a refund and left.
The employee taking the order appeared too busy hooking up his ‘homie’ who ordered after I had placed my own order. He then got into an extensive conversation with him but didn’t bother to have the other employee help with orders already taken. There was literally no communication between the two. A third party walked in and placed an order which was then prepared by the second employee. The guy who took my order walked away from the counter after helping his friend.
WHAT A MESS! Who runs this place? How is this place still in business? Is there any supervision/​training/​feedback from a superior to the employees?
I am seriously appalled. Any time I have gone there I have never had a positive experience but always somehow managed to at least walk out with some type of order (maybe not the right order, maybe not an order of good quality, maybe not in a reasonable amount of time, maybe not with any type of pleasant customer service experience, but still…). WOW. Save your money for a different local business that it is worth spending on.

This location didn’t participate in free cones Monday the 16^th.
Well allow me to support you in your decision Diary Queen by NO patronage for the remainder of 2015.
Really? Choosing to not participate was really a stiko move.

I had a blizzard as well as the flamethrower burger with fries and an extra side of onion rings. Staff was friendly and my order came out decently quick. The burger combo was pretty good! No super salty fries or burnt onion rings like most other DQ’s. The tables were kept pretty clean despite being inside a gas station.

Horrible service. The guy behind the counter spent the entire time talking to his coworker, didn’t make eye contact and seemed bored. Waste of time.

DO NOT EAT HERE. One, it’s not a real store, you sit in the convenience store. I ordered a chili cheese dog and they brought it with zero napkins and the walk from the kitchen to my table is extremely short and somehow my chili ended up almost over, really? I asked the cashier if they had ice tea (they serve drinks, not a fountain) and the cashier had to go ask. And they brought our 3 drinks to the table one at a time, without straws. Seriously. Worst DQ ever!

This has to be the only Dairy Queen I have ever been to that is out of bananas more often than not. I mean seriously isn’t Dairy Queen supposed to be the home of the banana split. I would recommend the kids on the corner selling lemonaide before I would this place.

Worst DQ ever. Grill was down and could not make hot food. Ordered two blizzards and took forever to make. Old and dirty… needs to be shutdown. Cannot wait until Freddy’s comes out here.

Worst Dairy Queen. They didn’t know what butter pecan ice cream was. They also refused to sell a blizzard in a waffle cone like they advertise on TV. Long wait at the drive thru.

If I could give zero stars I would. The slowest fast food place I’ve ever been to. It seems like no one knows what they’re doing but complaining about orders and that they need a break. I don’t know why I came back.

Slowest Dairy Queen EVER!!! Seriously all I ordered was a regular sized orange julius and was in line for 25 mins! And this happens every time! They need to stop letting 16 –year-​olds run their store! Now that Baskin-​Robbins closed down, sadly this is the only place to get ice cream in this town.

Worse Dairy Queen EVER. Priced Higher than most DQs and horrible customer service. They NEVER get your order right then argue with you if you try to sort it out. The ice cream and hard shell dip is watered down and way overpriced
