Wife’s laptop was running slow. Brought it in and the guy played with it for ten minutes while I stood there. He said«no virus» but«there’s a bunch of extra processes running, Needed some cleanup. They charged $ 60 just to look at it,(again) but no fixing… even though they knew what was wrong in ten minutes. Two days later they called and Jim went into a five minute monologue sales pitch for their $ 250 service, total care, etc, never worry again etc. I said no, just wanted the cleanup and kill all of the extra stuff running that I don’t need. He quoted another $ 150 for that service. I said«that’s too much, you could have done that for the $ 60!» Nope $ 60 just to open it(again) in the back room. Went to the store to pick it up and the guy just shrugged his shoulders and smiled. These guys know exactly what they are dong, –taking full advantage of peoples computer ignorance– and making a killing on it… Full price for even small problems. In my book this is hi-way robbery, taking advantage of people. Especially the«total care-forever» business model which adds up to over $ 350/yr. I went home, ran a couple of searches on the internet like«win 7 running slow» and«win 7 too many processes running». There’s U-Tube videos and even the Microsoft website shows what to do step by step. Find another place, this isn’t rocket science anymore…

Very professional and fixed my I-pad problem in no time at all. Also gave good advice on how to avoid future problems. Will take any future electronic issues to them
