I was picking up food for co workers– 2 burgers. It was a heat recording breaking day at 117 degrees. I ordered a large cup of water with my order. DUH. I was in the drive thru line with 1 car ahead of me and it took 10 minutes!!! When I got to the window she charged me my water as an iced tea!!! But gave me water. I was in go big of a hurry because I was in line for to long to make a fuss… But that’s not right. Won’t return

Just went to eat there. Apparently they allow customers to bring their dogs inside. This is not sanitary. I watched the guy let his dog crap in the rocks just outside the door, not pick it up, then proceed with his dog inside.

Hope you’re not hungry for a late night snack. This place takes over an hour to «update their system», at which time they can’t take orders. What year is it? Nearly 2016 and it takes an hour to update a fast food system?! I guess that’s Carls Jr in Maricopa for you. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Anywhere they conducts business like it’s 2016. This Carls Jr is like something out of that TV show Fargo.

Terrible customer service. We often are forced to wait 15 minutes for food while dining in while those in drive through get priority service and wait less than 4 minutes. They also refuse refunds when requested.

MUSTREAD!!! Food receipt DOESNOT have the locations phone number on it… got home and bag ripped and burgers fell on the driveway. Went back with ripped bag and burgers(which are not cheap) scraped them off the drive and put back in the ripped bag then a plastic bag as it was a real mess. Called once(rang over 25 time) no one answered so just drove back over to have a manager handle this… they treated the person that took it back as if it was his fault that the bagged ripped. Looked at the burgers when he got back home(they did nothing for inconveniencing him, like it was his fault the bag ripped) and noticed they did not look like the burgers that landed on my driveway at all. So I called a 2nd time and after another 25 or so rings a person answers«hello»…not Carl’s Jr. like you think they would. Person that answered could barely speak english, asked her for the manager and she said that was her, no name given. Told her the burgers were not made the same as the ones that fell out of the ripped bag and all she did was argue that they handed him the bag and it was ok. She also did not give back the receipt from the debit card purchase and the food receipt either. When asked her to hold on to them that we will pick them up tomorrow she said«they thrown away», told her to go get them out of the trash and she said«they not here, they in trash». I then asked her for her name since she was the manager(even though she didn’t answer the phone as Carl’s Jr. nor give her name) she would only give me her name as Maria, asked her for a Last name or just an initial… she then hung up on me. I then called the Carl’s Jr. Customer Service office(877) 799‑7827 and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Bruce and her took my report and said someone would get back to me. He also apologized for the way I/we were treated by this manager Maria. This has not been the first time we have had issues at this location before, back then it was also Maria we dealted with and I not sure why she is still managing this location! We will never frequent this location again!!! Can’t wait for Freddy’s to open!!!

Two for $ 5.55 special — they had to do this since the price of a western bacon cheeseburger was over $ 4 now. Had a famous star and turkey burger… both were fresh and hot… and actually juicy. Good deal for the price. The tomato on my famous star left a little to be desired…

It’s sad to write this as this used to be my favorite burger joint, nonetheless they’ve steadily declined in food quality, cold fries and even colder burgers.

I’ve always had great service and good food. Today was an exception though my guacamole bacon burger was perfection! They took time to stack everything just right! The lady at the window was very pleasant and even made sure to tell me to have a great day. Love me someone who takes pride in their work. Great start to a Sunday morning! Thanks crew!

This place is a mixed bag for me. The food is great, I love the grilled taste over McDonald’s any day. The downside is that they constantly mess up your order. There’s A 50⁄50 chance that if you don’t check your bags they will miss a burgers, or 2 large frys. At least they have never given me a hard time when I come back but I live in Glenwilde and the last thing I want to do is go all the way back to get missing item(s) while my food gets cold and family finishes without me.

This is a hard one to rate. It took a ridiculously long time to get 2 sandwiches and an order of fries to go. The restaurant was empty but there may have been a line at the drive thru. I sampled the fries when I got in the car and they were just room temperature. By the time I got to the hotel(5 minutes away), the sandwiches were not hot either. However, both of them(a double burger and a ranch chicken sandwich) were quite tasty. So how’s about 5 stars for the food and 1 for service?
