Excellent… Excellent…Excellent…Derek (Owner) and his team gave me a more than fair estimate that he adjusted lower when he arrived to save me more money. We added on the tile and he gave e a fair deal here as well. These guys spent 4 hours to clean one room/​hall, steps and the kitchen grout. These guys take real pride in their work and it really shows… There was no hurry to get done… They just wanted it done RIGHT!
I had no idea the specialty tools needed to clean the grout, but it came out like NEW. The carpet is cleaner that I have ever had it. I can’t say enough good things about this team and company… I will use no other from here on out! GREAT JOB!!!

Derrick arrived on time to clean our floors (carpet and tile) and did a great job! Our floors look brand new! We will definitely use Stain Eliminator again and highly recommend them to family and friends in Maricopa and the East Valley. Very professional, friendly and gave us a good price.

Just purchased a new home and it was in desperate need of clean floors, both carpet and tile. Tech came out, quoted me and completed the job all in the same day. Breathed new life into 3300 square feet, including some nasty tile. I would highly recommend Stain Eliminator to anyone who needs a clean living space.

Absolutely Fantastic! I recently had my carpets cleaned by Stain Eliminator and they did a most amazing job. They showed up on time, did everything that they had said they were going to do when they provided me a quote and offered me a very reasonable rate. They did a better job than any of those big companies that I have had out to the house and they have better prices. Plus, I got to support local business. I only got my carpets done, but I received a more than fair estimate to get the tile done as well, so I will be contacting them soon for another date to have that done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is interested in a quality service at a great price
