I have been a T-mobile customer for 11 years, and I have finally reached my boiling point with this company. Now, just as a disclaimer, I have stayed with T-mobile for 11 years for one reason only: They are the lowest price company of all as it relates price for services. However, the continual fraud I experience, which is the following: 1. Putting services on my phone I did not ask for over and over and over again(T-mobile Store Maricopa); 2. Putting products on our phone we never asked for(T-mobile Store Maricopa); 3. Lack of any genuine concern when calling the customer services resolution center; 4. Blaming the customer for the criminal activity of T-mobile; 5. Requiring us. «The consumer’ to go back to the store that keeps causing the problems, instead of T-mobile handling; 6. T-mobile representatives lying on the phone promising us that credits where going to be applied and never applied those; 7. Refusing to accept responsibility of their companies causing this customer problems; 8. Charging for items not authorized(is that not criminal theft); 9. Forcing us to explain the same story over and over and over and over against each and every time a call is made; 10. Then, attempting to prevent resolution because we have not paid the bill, which in part is because of all the over charges; 11. T-mobile simply refuses to hold itself to any accountability to its customer. T-mobile, by doing nothing, actually is embracing their employees to conduct fraudulent activities at their various Stores. Further, by T-mobile forcing the customer to prove its case(over and over again, to a brand new agent because it fails to keep notes about customer complaint), and resolve the problems that T-mobile created, also embraces the above position. Now, this issue as cited above is not an isolated incident, if you google T-mobile and the store location I am at, many people who are customers of T-mobile have experience the same activity and T-mobile still has refused to do anything. T-mobile shame on you. I have been with this company for 11 years, but I guess, because T-mobile is not truly committed to resolution I will go find another fraudulent cell phone provided. Amazing, all the smack these companies talk about purchasing, but once it comes to resolution or accepting accountability. .. Ghost ! ! !

Just stay away. The coverage in Maricopa is limited at best. If you come into this store asking for help, they will just suggest you buy a new phone or your phone is programed incorrectly. They are rude and are dismissive. Just stay away.

I went in the other day to add my mother to my plan and get her a new phone. The assistant manager worked with me, and when he brought up the JUMP service, we said we didn’t want it. «For new lines you have to have it for at least four months, then you can cancel it.» That didn’t seem right, and I said I didn’t need to get JUMP on my first line(which I also got at that store, a few weeks earlier.) «Yes, that was your first line,» he told me. To clarify: I asked him a question and he replied by stating a fact about my account. We concluded the sale, I went home and, as soon as the new line was available to manage online, I effortlessly removed JUMP. I was flat out lied to by management at this store. T-Mobile is an awesome carrier, but if you live in Maricopa and are thinking of joining them, put some gas in your tank and drive out to Chandler. The commute is worth not being lied to and forced to take services you don’t have to take.

Completely lied to me. Went in at 7:30PM last night to activate a Google Nexus 4. The Sales Rep told me pre-paid plans are«going away» and when I told her I wanted the plan anyway she said«Actually they’re already gone.» She told me they absolutely do NOT have a $ 30 pre-paid plan, the cheapest one starts at $ 50. I then pulled up T-Mobile’s website and showed her ONTHEIRSITE the $ 30 plan, which she just dismissed and said«No, that’s going away.» When I told her that going away does not mean it’s gone, she again said«No, it’s gone now.» She kept pressuring me to sign an agreement. Told me anyone I knew on a pre-paid was going to get their phone number changed monthly until they went to contract/agreement. Let me reiterate: THESALESREPSAID T-MOBILE WOULDSTARTCHANGINGPEOPLE’S PHONENUMBERSWITHOUTWARNINGMONTHLYTOPRESSURETHEMINTO A DIFFERENTPLAN, and told me to just save the hassle and sign up for a plan now. Told me it was impossible to buy a SIM Card unless I activated through them. Lies, lies, lies in the name of sales. I immediately left the store, called T-Mobile, the nice lady on the phone was aghast at the idea that the store would tell such blatant lies, shipped my SIM card to me and assured me several times that, yes, the $ 30 pre-paid plan was still there(which is why it’s on their website) and that it is not going away. Do not buy from these people. They swindle.
