Been a loyal customer at this location for several years. I have watched this place improve so much over the years, and now consider this to be as good a Bojangles location I have ever been to. We all know the quality of food here is excellent. Not much more needs to be said. When I dine in, service is assembly line and fast. No time wasted waiting. Pay for my food, move down the line, food is quickly ready. It’s very organized. When I come through the drive thru, it’s amazing how fast they move. My order is always ready by the time I reach the window. Service is always friendly and pleasant. I have informed corporate Bojangles how good this location is. Keep up the good work.

TERRIBLEEXPERIENCE. The staff was so unprofessional. The person on the speaker in the drive thru read our order back to us wrong and we told her it was wrong. When we got to the window to pay it was STILL wrong. We repeated the order to him like 5 times and then paid and looked at the receipt to see that it was still wrong. We told the girl at the next window that it was still wrong and she got an attitude with us. She turned to someone behind her and said«they clearly don’t know what they ordered.» It was so rude and unprofessional. At that point I’m just like give us a refund we don’t want the food anymore. The manager comes to give us a refund and we tell her that the girl was rude and she defends her. She’s like well that’s why we make sure the order is right before you pay. She made it seem like it was our fault that they repeatedly screwed up our order. Terrible customer service and management. Will never go back.

Fried chicken is a Sunday ritual around our house, every Sunday we have had friend chicken for years. Then my husband the chef, went out of town on business for an extended time. Every Sunday I posted on Facebook on «Week 3 without Gary’s friend chicken,» «Week 5 without friend chicken,» and so on. Then while on a trip I stopped in Marietta to fix a tire and saw Bojangles. Yeah so what, there are lots of chicken places and none of them as good as Gary’s. Then I noticed there was a line of cars wrapped around the building. I mean like 20 cars. It was not lunch time and the place was packed inside. So I asked a few people in line about the chicken. It was like a Sunday revival, beside and Disneyland and Yellow Stone Park I had never heard such raves reviews. So I waited in line, like twenty minutes and it was well worth the wait. The Chicken, the Biscuit, so good. We sat in our car and ate that luscious chicken with the crispy breaded. Was it as good as my husbands? All I can say is my husband takes pride in making chicken that his wife loves and so does Bojangles.

Friendly service. Manager was helpful and attentive. He had employees cleaning the dining room during downtime and checking parking lot, too. Fries were hot, even at 2:30pm. Food was freshly cooked. I go to three Bojangle’s regularly, and this is the best experience I’ve had at this one in awhile. The only reason I didn’t give this experience 5 Stars is because several(not all) employees had their shirt tails out. I still think that in most jobs– and definitely in food service– employees should have their shirt tails tucked in. This might not be a Bojangle’s policy, but it’s a pet peeve of mine.

This has got to be the flagship store, these folks had it together. Fast, courteous, and super tasty food. I love a good biscuit, and they’ve got’em. Can’t go wrong here. If its on one of those fluffy little beautiful biscuits, its gonna be good!

When we go to this location we always get chicken biscuits and boberry biscuits. Normally we go on Saturday. The last few times we have tried this location biscuits have been dry and the chicken seems like it is from the day before. Very rubbery. We will not be back. One time I can understand, but after two weeks in a row we are done.

Excellent chicken, sweet tea and funny menu. First time to a Bojangles and completely understand why it’s so popular. Yum!

Stopped on for lunch after Church. Sat alone but had a very interesting conversation with a gentleman across the way. The food was good and the offer Military discount with ID.

Pretty decent for a fried chicken chain. Stopped here for lunch one day while working, and the employees were exceptional. The chicken & biscuits were pretty good too.

So… I’ve just discover Bojangles, and my co-worker from Charlotte swears up and down that they’re better than Popeye’s. I disagree, but I still enjoyed my trips to Bo’s. Greeted by a kid named Khalil, who was kind enough to explain everything about their menu, and got me hip to the fact that this place serves breakfast all day… I dig it! Their chicken is only offered in «Cajun Mild»…still pretty damn good, though. They’ve got roasted chicken bites that are awesome, and the only«spicy» option they have, is the chicken supremes… aka spicy chicken tenders. Haven’t tried the sides, but they looked great, and the breakfast options I tried(pork chop biscuit, smoked sausage biscuit, chicken biscuit) all hit the mark for me… though they were a little more expensive than my usual Chick-Fil-A breakfast. Completely on board with driving out of my way to get to Bo’s. Good service, good food that’s freshly prepared, and a breakfast menu that seems like a godsend at 8pm? Definitely worth 4 stars in my book.

I hate to give this place but I have to. The chicken was ok. Not all it was cracked up to be. The biscuits are humongous. I wanted to save it for breakfast the next day. The reason I’m giving it a 2 is because when we placed our order we were asked to pull our car forward because the fries were not ready yet. I didn’t mine because I love hot, fresh fries. Well we didn’t notice until we got home that these fries were not hot and fresh. I know a reheated microwaved French fry when I see one. And that’s exactly what was in my box. If they were not so far away I would’ve drove back and spoke with the manager but I didn’t have time. Somewhere in the near future I’ll eat here again and update my review. Hopefully I’ll have fresh fries this time.

This particular Bojangles always has fresh good hot food… but don’t look for a pleasant attitude at the window… in and out in and out.

I don’t eat biscuits. Anybody’s. I just don’t like them. At all. That was until I accidentally tried a Bojangles bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit! GOODGOLLYMISSMOLLY! What do they put in or on THOSE biscuits? BEST biscuits I’ve ever had in life! I enjoy the hash browns(potato rounds) and sweet tea, too! This is my breakfast spot when I’m solo and leaving the job.

Good chicken, not spicy or mild… something in between. Sides are better than Popeyes, KFC or Churches. You actually feel that you possibly eating a well balanced meal here. I’m giving it a three because the first time the chicken tasted old, second time it was hot and fresh. Prices are about average for fast food chicken.

When I first moved to the South, one of the first fast food places I noticed was Bojangles. May be it was the funny name that first caught my attention, but what had my eyes wide open in horror was an ad for their fried baloney biscuit. Are you foreals people? You actually eat that stuff? Combine that with the all you can eat KFC ads I saw, I kinda wanted to throw up. I swore to myself I would never have Bojangles. But you know what? Never say never…(I guess). The Mr and I had a hankering for some fried chicken so at the advice of a friend we decided to be adventurous and try it. It wasn’t as bad as I expected. The fried chicken had nice crispy skin and it wasn’t greasy. But it wasn’t as tasty as Popeye’s. The real winner for us was their mashed potatoes and their BISCUITS. Good golly, miss molly, they’re delicious. They’re a nice generous size and fluffy, yuuuummmy! Don’t know if I’ll be back any time soon for the chicken, but if its for a biscuit sandwich I might… fried baloney biscuit anybody…

I finally tried their dinner here. The chicken is seasoned well and is not overly greasy. The pieces are a nice size. No disappointments there! They do have a lil’ spice to them, just to let you know. The biscuits are HUGE. Remember when Church’s had the best biscuits? I do… that honey was baked right on into them, but they lost me on their biscuits when they basically cut the size down to half of what it used to be. Bojangle’s biscuits are HUGE. They don’t have honey baked into ‘em, but they’re still good. The macaroni n’ cheese– OK. Nothing special, just ok. The pinto beans are awesome; I’m sure the sodium is no joke though. The dirty rice is brutally awesome(mix it with the pinto beans– Heavenly!). I can only indulge in this once in awhile, but when I do… my goodness.

I may have to end a multi-year disagreement in a draw. A friend and I have debated the merits of Chik-fil-a chicken biscuits versus those of Bojangles. I never had the opportunity to hit a Bojangles in the morning, so the debate raged on unresolved. Now that’s I’ve had both, I’m going to have to go with Bojangles for the superior biscuit and chik-fil-a for the superior piece of chicken. In Bojangles favor, however, is the superior array of alternate biscuits as well as the lunch sides.
