I bought my son’s glasses last year from brillant eyes. Staff was not hepful throughout the process but we found a pair we LOVED made by Ideal optics. My son has had glasses since 2 years of age and has a new presciption multiple times a year and new glasses at least once a year. This is the first year he can keep his glasses and have a new presciption only and Brillant Eyes refuses to help us because his presciption is not from their office (its from Emory Pediatric Eye center). Staff and manager Tara were not helpful or concerned about keeping our business, unable to provide the reason why they wouldn’t help us, or provide any recommendations for other options.
Poor job Brillant Eyes.

I went for and annual eye exam and the exam was ok but when I received the new pair of glasses I realized that My old glasses were way better than the new one. Came back to get them fixed and wanted to overcharge $ 75 to fix it when it was their f. Oh, and if you are 3 minutes late, don’t waste your time driving there, they will let you reschedule your appointment… It is an hassle. Do your self a favor Do not was te your time going to this place.

Dr. Davison and her staff were very professional and friendly. Getting on the schedule was a breeze. The facility is clean and conveniently located. Definitely recommend.
