This is my regular Chickfila and usually I get quick and polite service; but today in drive the cashier(her name started with A-something) was rude. First she didn’t give me my receipt and when I asked her for it she rolled her eyes at me and then when handing out my frozen lemonade she didn’t even make an effort to extend her hand/arm or anything I had to unbuckle my seat beat and reach my entire arm out. Also when I asked for honey bbq for my nuggets she rolled her eyes at me again! Whenever you go to Chickfila you expect a level of customer service, but I didn’t get that today.

Two weeks ago I went to this chick fil a at about noon, the drive through girl was really short with me and I bought 15 bucks worth of food that was ALL cold… I could have over looked it but the fact that it was a really cold day and they served me cold soup made me a bit upset. I have never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A prior to me visiting this location. I called the store and talk to the manger she was polite and told me she was going to send me out a coupon but here it is two weeks later and I have yet to receive them. Needless to say I will not be revisiting this location.

Before I start this review, I have to preface it with some context. I love Chick-fil-a. It’s one of my favorite places. I’ll eat the sandwiches, the salads, the nuggets, the desserts… I love it all. I was there when they opened their first location in Chicago. I made sure I had the dining plan that included Chick-fil-a in college. I boycotted them for a year after they insulted the gay community, but went back after my local store owner publicly decried their corporate views. In short, I’m a devotee. As much as I love Chick-fil-a, this is by far the worst location I have ever visited. When I first came to this page, it was comforting to see that so many other people feel the same way. First off, the staff is surly and nonchalant. That might be the norm in other fast food restaurants but it’s not what you expect at Chick-fil-a! I’m used to the enthusiastic, friendly faces at the counter… the kindly old ladies walking around giving refills… the dude at the back giving me hand-fulls of mints… Oh, but NOTHERE! This is kind of bored, grouchy people you see at the Wendy’s that going down the drain, or the McDonald’s where the managers mistreat the staff. Next, the food is the worst — by far — that I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-a. The last three times I went have featured three spectacular failures. Failure #1: I was served a spicy chicken sandwich that featured two dry, gross, non-battered lumps of meat that might or might not have been certified edible for pet food. I was horrified. It was one of the grossest things I’ve ever bitten into. To their credit, they gave me a new one when I brought this to their attention. Failure #2: My girlfriend orders some nuggets, but the batch they give her are desiccated scraps at the bottom of the hopper. To make matters worse, they short her a few nuggets! Again, the«fixed» the error by replacing the offensive pieces with some that were tolerable. I got another spicy chicken sandwich and it was burned so badly that I had to return it. It was the consistency of a hockey puck. I’ve never seen anything like it at a Chick-fil-a. Failure #3: My mother orders a wrap sandwich and they include the wrong dressing. Let me explain why this is a problem… my mother wanted the 350 calorie wrap with the light honey mustard. Instead, they include some awful mayo mix that has over 350 calories in the SAUCEALONE! Not healthy, not good, and not correctable since we took it home. After the last incident, I’m finished. I’m not going back to this place again. My father contacted the manager to complain about the bad food and drive-thru mix up, and they sent him some coupons. However, he will definitely not be using them here. As much as it pains me to say this, you need to avoid this place. It’s the single worst Chick-fil-a I’ve ever seen, and that’s saying something because I’ve eaten at them for 10 years up and down the east coast and midwest.

807MDABA be very cautious at this location it is not clean and when they messed up my order I went back and before I had a chance to Sandy think the woman basically saying we cannot replace your order I explained to her and had the managers information about my exchange well rather replacement meal and she insisted that they would be unable to do anything in reference to that although I’ve eaten at this location several times my girlfriend always says don’t eat here because it’s filthy not only now do I suspect that it’s filthy inside the customer service is disgusting and if you want to enjoy a really good meal go to zaxbys its 1 mile away from this chick fil A.

It’s chick fil a, what more had to be said. Food is always good and made quickly. I like having the fries with u breakfast, and they are happy to make them. The entire staff is nice, friendly and welcoming. I would say the entrance and exits are not the best, but it works.

Love Chick-Fil-A, but this one in particular has me losing faith in the whole franchise. The only drive thru that I go to is Chick-Fil-A and why? because they are suppose have great customer service skills… this one not so much. They used to be fine, but the past 6 months they have sucked in a big way. Not only rude but also missing part of the order and when you call to complain, the manager had the audacity to ask if I really did order that or if I just forgot to tell them. smh

We went thru the drive thru sometime late morning today and ordered 2 — 12 Piece Nuggets, Fries & Drink. When we got the order at the window, we pulled forward to a space, and notice we had the grilled nuggets. We did not request the grilled nuggets, nor did the person taking the order ask if we wanted the grilled nuggets. I went inside, told the girl behind the counter of the error. She quickly went to the service area and immediately requested the correct chicken nuggets. While they were being prepared, she refunded the cost of the grilled nuggets. She then returned with the corrected order. I offered to pay for the correct order, but she insisted the error was on their part, and apologized, and refused to allow me to pay. In addition, she included a fresh order of fries with the chicken nuggets. I want to give a shout out to Joy, the counter person who corrected my order without hesitation, and turned this mistake around to everyone’s satisfaction. Now the only reason, I didn’t give them 5 stars, is that the Fries had a taste of old cooking oil, and looked darker in color than usual. I recommend they check the oil life.

This is my second visit in 3 weeks to this location. Food was good, but both times the staff is decidedly unfriendly. Didn’t even get a thank you after placing my order. They just shove the food at you with a «here ya go». That’s ashamed because this used to be outstanding in that respect.

Standard chikfila. However, chikfila is probably the best run fast food chain in the country. We went here for lunch the other day and went through the drive through. I got a kids meal. Food was good, as usual, and service was friendly and fast. Love that you can’t drive a mile in the Atlanta area without hitting a chikfila.

Hands down the best Chick-Fil-A in the Atlanta area. I have never had such good service.

This is a very good Chic-fil-a, I think that is a big part of why it is always so busy. As busy as it is, we have never had much of a wait and when dining in they let us find a seat and then bring the food out to us. This location has an indoor playground that our son loves. It is small and compact, but he enjoys climbing to the top and sliding down.

Service can be so bad at this franchise. Young kids with no sense of good customer service and wait times. I have had two very bad experiences in the drive thru.

I like this Chick-Fil-A. I usually go through the drive thru for dinner or during lunch on Saturdays. During the work week, this CFA gets really busy during the lunch hour so be prepared. Other than that, it’s like any other CFA around – yummy food that seems a bit healthier than McDonald’s and Burger King. I love their salads and the grilled chicken sandwich. The customer service has always been great!

As with most Chick-Fil-A’s I have been to this one is pretty much standard. Decent chicken sandwiches, waffle fries, Diet Dr Pepper as a fountain soda choice, and a good amount of options on the menu to eat badly or a little more heathy. The restaurant itself is roomy and clean with lots of seating, and even a kids play area. An added bonus is that they have free wifi here, which is how I am writing this review on my notebook. That being said — WHATTHEHELLISWRONGWITHTHESEPLACES!!! FORTHELOVEOFGODCANTHEYNOTGIVEMESOGGYHALFUNCOOKEDFRIES!!! Why, oh why, can’t the pimple faced kid cooking the waffle fries make them crispy the way they are meant to be? FRYTHECRAPOUTOFTHESETHINGSALREADY!!! I AMSOSICKOFEATINGRAWFRIES!!! Someone is gonna catch a beating soon! Ok now, rant over. I do have to say that the staff is pleasant and even brought over the food to my table when it was ready. As far as fast food chains go this is one of the better ones. Except the fries here. Unsatisfying.

The food is as good as any Chick-Fil-A, but the service is never«My Pleasure» great. You can’t directly access the location from Cobb Parkway, so you have to take a round-about way to get there. Not my favorite location.

The food at this location is standard for any Chick-fil-A(pretty good for fast food), and they get people through the line quickly. It can be a little difficult to get in and out during peak hours. Usually the staff at Chick-fil-A is very friendly and peppy, but this morning I got the bottom of the barrel. I went inside and was not greeted by any of the 3 cashiers standing at the empty counter(I said«good morning» and they just stared at me!) because I had interrupted their personal conversation by wanting to buy some breakfast. Based on my most recent experience with their snot-nosed staff, I’ll probably stick to another location when I get a waffle fry or hash brown hankering.

This Chick-fil-A is always so busy during lunch time. So busy in fact that sometimes, they have employees directing traffic in the parking lot and taking orders from the sidewalk during peak hours. What a great idea, especially since the parking lot for this particular location is much smaller than most Chick-fil-A’s. Despite the large volume of traffic, the restaurant always manages to do a good job of taking and delivering orders in a timely manner. Service is excellent and the folks here seem to be more pro-active about refilling your drinks, taking your trays, and getting you any condiments you may happen to need. They even do it with a smile. Then again, service across most of the Chick-fil-A’s I’ve visited has always been a step above your typical fast food chain establishment.

day 30 dun dun dun of my nation wide tour some things i’ve seen here. i saw this. it was an eviction van and i guess the tenants decided to move out with their stuff? then i was looking for food and i saw this. wtf is that??? but then i saw chil-fil-a. everyone told me i had to try it so i did. well what can you say about this fast food place? after a while of eating a lot of fast food. they all look the same inside. counter, those easy to wipe tables, a kid’s play pen. they are known for their chicken right? so i had their nuggets, a bowl of fruit, and a coke. the meal was tiny!!! what??? everything is supposed to be bigger in the south. this would feed half a southern kid. this is me eating. look at the kid on the cereal box and look at me. that’s how i felt haha. it was pretty good but just too small. and they had fruit so that’s cool too. deanna told me i should try bojangles if i want more food.
