I have lived in Jasmine Marietta Crossing since June 2012. When my roommate and I signed our lease, the leasing agent did the walkthrough with us filled out the form saying nothing in the apartment needed to be fixed. That’s illegal; tenants are supposed to do the walkthrough by themselves. Firstly, the air conditioning was barely effective. The temperature this past summer went to 100+ degrees Fahrenheit on a regular basis, and my apartment thermostat rarely went below 90 degrees Fahrenheit even though I had set the air conditioner to 70 degrees and it was running 24⁄7. I finally asked the leasing office to look into this, and the compressor outside was completely clogged up; it hadn’t been cleaned after the past tenants of my apartment vacated the unit. Also, my bedroom door was covered in mold. The leasing agent told me they would«fix it» in a few days. They did not replace the door; they merely painted over it so the mold was no longer visible. The inside of my bathroom cabinets were also covered in mold, and they received the same paint-over treatment as my door. Fortunately, I am not sensitive to mold. The second bedroom’s closet door had been kicked in. I followed up with the leasing office three times about this until my roommate decided to take the door off its hinges and set in the hallway upstairs. A few weeks after that, a maintenance workers fixing the perpetually leaky kitchen sink noticed the door and threw it out. The door has yet to be replaced. On 07/12, I noticed my bathtub was peeling. When I called the leasing office about the issue, I was told they’d call back later that day about when the contractors would resurface my tub. There was no call. When I called the next day, I was told to wait a few days. A month went by without any news. On 7/27, I called again and reminded them of the issue and was hung up on. I called again, and another agent picked up. He scheduled my tub to be resurfaced within the week, and it was. Both tubs started peeling in January, and they only painted one within two weeks. They haven’t contacted us about resurfacing the other tub. This place sucks. The apartment buildings are very low quality, and the people who work at the leasing office are inconsiderate.

Great Home! Family oriented, pet friendly, and most important clean. The staff is friendly and the gates are actually used so safety is a priority. I love this place.
