Signature Place Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Worse customer service, roach infested place, horrible maintenance!
I signed my lease I was told a price and after 2 months the leasing agent asked me to read sign my lease with the correct amount which is $ 100 more. I told her NO and they wouldn’t rake my rent, when the assistant manager finally called back she said that she’d honor the price that was quoted to me. I tried using my «brand new» dish washer and almost burnt my appt because the connection wasn’t done right and there was no water going into it. I called the office and they said that they couldn’t fix it since «they didn’t have a copy of my key» which is a lie because they’ve come in without a problem!!! Só I’ve been at my apt for 8 months and the dishwasher still isn’t fixed!!!
I bought a washer and dryer, and put in a work order for them to put in a dryer out let and it took over a week, then one day I came in my appt to find a cheap plastic thing on top of my dryer and they moved my washer and dryer breaking the dryer hose.
And let’s not talk about the roaches that the WHOLE building has. I’ve asked for pest control and am still waiting. I called to see how I can get out of this lease and was told that I’d have to pay 3 months worth of my rent and would forfeit my deposit which was a months rent.

This place gets negative stars. First of all if you’re more than 2 days late on rent expect to pay up to $ 300, no exceptions.
There was a really bad bee problem in my apartment. They were coming in through the dishwasher. When I called the office they gave me an attitude. They acted like I was making it up. I got stung 3 times! My friend stepped on one and had to go to the hospital since she was allergic.
I had to hire an exterminator asap which cost me $ 250. Maintenance finally came 2 weeks after my call.
I asked to be reimbursed for what I paid, and they refused. They’re nothing but money hungry crooks!!! Keep away!

The worst experience ever!!! Do not move in this place unless ure completely homeless and they offering free shelter. You will never get your deposit back no matter what and they will make your life miserable so you can break the lease. They are the worst team ever, rude, unprofessional and manipulative. One day I had to woke up because the manager, particia, was walking by my apartment saying vulgarities on the phone to her boyfriend because eventually he cheated on her (I don’t blame him, I will do the same if I had to deal with all that fat and all that attitude). Look at the faces of the ppl that works before you sing the lease. Ewwwwww…
