This Kroger store is immaculately clean, spotless. Management and employees seem to be getting more responsive to customers. However, it would be nice if they would add a few more self checkouts. Right now there are only four self checkouts, not nearly enough for a store of this size and location.

THe good, is that it is a large store, and despite the number of cars in the lot, I never feel crowded. The bad is several. One, the items on the shelves are often expired. So do check. Second, they do not put enough clerks on the registers so the line is always super long and takes forever. 3rd, the self checkout, does not have the room\capacity for larger amounts of groceries. So when they do redirect me to self checkout because they do not have enough clerks, I can’t get all my groceries scanned and bagged with that small amount of room.

The store is very well kept, but only on entrance lets you out to main roads. The side entrance you are forced to go away form the east west connector. The store has a great selection, and stocks most brands.

This Kroger has really disappointed me. Store is always clean and lines r never backed up. However. The manager and I have a serious problem. He confused me as a boy. And when I corrected him he still called me sir. And gave me a look. I told the asst manager but she just seemed confused. Update. Manager from this store has been relocated to the Kroger off macland. After this incident I started going to the other store. Which was further but I didn’t have to see that man. Now I guess I will be going back to powder springs Kroger

This place is just a 7 – 11 to me. Certainly not for large shopping excursions. There is always 1 register open and 6 carts in front. Terrible checkout experience. Food is expired on shelves.

Clean and affordable prices. Best reason to shop at this Kroger by far is the fuel pump discount program and with the fuel pumps located out front it’s an all-in-one honey do list dream!

I stopped by this Kroger on Monday(Memorial Day) to pick up some beer. But, their entire alcohol section(wine & beer) was gone. The shelves were still there, but were empty. We asked someone at customer service if the beer had been moved and she simply said ‘we don’t sale alcohol anymore.‘ So, I bought some brownies and asked the cashier. He said ‘oh, we were caught selling alcohol to a minor. We should get it back.‘ So, for now, Kroger at this location cannot sell alcohol.

The only think I don’t like about this Kroger is that it is set up with the sideways isles and I have grown accustomed to the other store orientation as 90% of Kroger stores are the other way. Other than that this is a really clean store. Late at night you might see some characters but that’s it. The high school kids that all work in the evening aren’t too bad either.

I LOVE this Kroger. I can always find what I’m looking for, for great prices. Publix is right next door and Kroger is definitely giving them a run for their $$$. Now this Kroger is an exception because boy have I been to some crappy ones… Keep up the great work Powder Springs Rd. Kroger!
