We debated on getting a new mattress. Jonathan had great customer service. He provided plenty of information and followed up with us after we left — still debating a purchase — and offered his knowledge to help us decide to purchase a bed. We returned shortly to follow through with the purchase. Highly recommend Jonathan.

My wife and I were in need of a new mattress and decided to just stop in to start the process. brandon and Carlie took the time to help us find the perfect mattress that would work for both of us even though we said we were just looking. Well we found something we were looking for and they made it worth our while to make a decision… And we are glad we did. If you are looking for a mattress in East Cobb, I highly recommend The Mattress Firm.

Great place. Got to try out several different mattresses. Didn’t feel like we were pressured too much to purchase. We came late in the day and there were other customers in the store but we received prompt attention and all of our questions were answered. The purchase process was painless and everything was covered with us. Even received after-​care instructions. We took delivery the next evening within the time we were promised and received a 15 minute call-​ahead. The new mattress and frame were set up within 20 minutes and the old mattress taken away. If anyone ever asks a recommendation for a place to buy a mattress, Mattress Firm will be our first recommendation.
