Perfect experience! Ordered all of our food, then noticed that a sausage biscuit was missing. They had it waiting at the counter for us as soon as we noticed. On top of all of that, the food was amazing. I’d highly recommend this Mcdonalds. NOTEFORPARENTS: There is not a playground here. There is outside seating though.

Food fresh and hot. But the wifi is mega slow. Service is okay but they need a few more employees to help speed things up!

This McD’s has completely given itself a makeover. The staff here was quick, respectful and cheery. The décor is nice, and I raved to my work about the change after a lunch break one day. Hopefully, they’ll stay that way.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s a few times and my 2-star rating for this particular location is based primarily on its need to renovate. This is one of the last«old school» McDonald’s in metro Atlanta that I’m aware of. Virtually every other McDonald’s in ATL has renovated to an updated, sleek, and contemporary look. For prime examples, see the Mickey D’s on Northside Dr. near Georgia Tech and the Mickey D’s near Perimeter Mall in Dunwoody. Those McDonald’s restaurants look fantastic. This one is good if you want to take a time warp back to the 90s, maybe even 80s. Aesthetics aside, I’ve never had a problem with the food or service here. They’re both consistent with what we’ve come to know from America’s classic fast food chain. The Big Mac, 2 Cheeseburger, and Chicken McNugget meals remain my reliable standbys. I did try the relatively new Mighty Wings, McDonald’s version of the chicken wings, for the first time here. These are standard-sized wings that come in 3, 5, and 10-piece combos. It’s a good value. For example, you can get a 5-piece wings with medium fries and a medium fountain drink for $ 6.99. It makes for a filling meal for one. McDonald’s wings are very crispy, a tad bit spicy, and not overly greasy. Overall, I think they are tasty and I’m glad McDonald’s added this to their menu. They still use the regular fountain drink machine instead of the Coke Freestyle(touch screen) machines here. If dining in, ketchup is self-served out of a pressurized nozzle. Careful with these things, because if the ketchup is running low, it has a propensity of splattering out with high-speed air, making you an easy target. Fortunately, I never had to learn this the hard way. Finally, I noticed they have a TV here tuned to ESPN, so that’s a plus.

I agree with shanna completely. The service is completely terrible. Doesn’t McDonalds have like a school for standards? I have to tell the cashier three times, ‘My total was 7.02, the change is 2.98′. What are you doing on the till if you can’t count. Then as if that wasn’t bad enough, they got the entire order wrong. And you know it’s not the first time, it’s EVERY time. This mcdonalds happens to be the closest to us, and we’ve gone there many times, but I suppose that just puts us at fault for going back over and over. Anyways, the service is slow and stupid, and not so friendly. Also, besides getting the order wrong every single time, their fries are not fresh either. I know one of the main reasons i go to mcdonalds is the fries, well not this Mcdonald’s. The fries are the worst i’ve ever had from Micky D’s, stale and soggy fries. Don’t ever go to this mcdonalds, you will be very sorry you did if you don’t heed these warnings.

Can you say terrible service. Like everyone I have been to a thousand McDonald’s in my 30 years and since having a kid that many more. I stopped by this McD’s about two months ago and I was so disappointed that I wanted to get up a leave. I realize that you shouldn’t expect fine dining at a McD’s but HELLO… First of all they completely got the order wrong and when I asked for water the order taker looked at me as if I had a tuba growing out of my head… I don’t thinks she spoke much English, but when I finally got it through to her that I just wanted water with my happy meal she handed me the miniature cup that comes with the oh so happy meal. Anyway, by time I get my order and walk over to the fountain drinks nowhere can I find the little white button that says«Water», so I look for something separate, but still nothing. So I go up to the counter ask for some water and Manager, who by this time was loosing control of his restaurant hands me a pre-filled cup of water. I was TOTALLY confused at this point, but accepted the cup and sit down. By this time the cashier had passed out and the men in Uniform(a group of Air Force was ordering their lunches) had to help the poor girl to a chair, all while the manager attempted to fill orders. The whole point of this long winded retelling of my woes at this particular McD’s is to warn you if you like good customer service do NOT to go into this alternate universe of anti-service.
