At first this company seemed great because they allowed for same day appointments, then they showed up to my condo. The employee looked at my AC Unit for 30 seconds and told me all I needed to do was change the air filter. Just for coming out and staying for a couple of minutes was $ 79. When I made the appointment, the receptionist never told me about any of the service fees etc. Less than two weeks later the same problem was occurring in my AC Unit. I called back to make another appointment, and asked about getting the service fee waived since the same problem was occurring. I got a nasty email back from the owner, going into all the reason’s why I still needed to pay the service fee. I replied to his email, voicing some of my concerns and got no response back. That very same day a technician was scheduled to come back and look at my AC Unit again from 3−6pm. The appointment had been verified in the morning, but the service technician never showed up. I called the company back at 6pm and I was told a technician is still on his way. I waited at home from 3−8pm with no one showing up. When I called back the next day I actually got the owner Mr. White on the phone and asked about what happened the previous day. He explained to me, that if I had any concerns with the quality of service, his company didn’t want to work for me anymore. When I brought up how unprofessional skipping the service appointment the day before was, he responded by cursing me out and telling me I didn’t know what professionalism was. This conversation continued with Mr. White scolding me on questioning the quality of his companies service. I have never been spoken to like this from a service provider in my life; he spoke to me like I was a child, while cursing at me throughout our conversation. I wish I would have recorded it. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
