Wanted $ 179.00 for a part that OEM retails for $ 35 with shipping included, plus $ 89.95 for a service call charge. To elaborate ~ Their service rep ignored me telling him FOUR TIMES very unequivocably not to replace the part until he gave me a price quote. He ignored my instructions and replaced it COMPLETELY unauthorized and then stole the broken part. After finally admitting to me that the part was marked up 500% ~ I made him take it off and told him to replace the old part as he had found it (and to leave the cover off the furnace). He pocketed the broken part and left the furnace with wires hanging, calls to the company were not returned. Check their Facebook reviews and you’ll find 45+ complaints about fraud especially for their warranty sales. Steer clear of this place.
