Office Party

I am currently very disappointed with this business! A year ago I sent a plate from the Amalfi coast to my son. It had arrived from Italy to Roswell in great condition. Jay assured me he would wrap it well. I paid extra to insure it and sent it ups.
A couple of days later, it arrived shattered in pieces. I reported this to jay who said he would contact ups on my behalf since it was insured and I provided the necessary photos and information.
After over three attempts, I had no resolution or help with jay. I was surprised as I had been a regular and frequent customer for years.
We are coming up on a year now, and jay has made no further attempts to help me with this matter. Thus I have decided no longer to remain a customer.

Jay is great. Lots of gifts at reasonable prices especially at Holiday time. The post office is really convenient and the staff is always friendly

I recently stopped by to see if The Office Party could help me with an unusual item to ship. Not only did they help find the perfect sized box and pack it expertly for me, they also found the lowest cost for me to ship it. While it was being packed, I was able to look around the store. They have everything and more. They also have cards, gifts, candles, and accessories. It also helps that Jay is a very nice and kind man. I love this place!

I have visited this business a few times. The owner is always friendly. They have some interesting magnets/​cards/​jewelry. They charge less for faxing than Kinko’s.
I will stop by again when I need to fax something.
