Sorry, this is the second time now in a week that we have tried to order from here. The first time our food didn’t come and they said they would refund us the money. Well that was 10 pm when they let us know so we went without food. This time I just tried to order a salad and two sandwiches… I get a phone call saying they do not have enough chicken to make our sand which… Ummmmm hello… What??, they ask if I want to switch it for something else I said sure we can do turkey… Well as soon as I get off the phone I check my email they completely canceled the order. Now, I have no idea if they are delivering food or just keeping my money again.

I dropped into this location with the family for a quick bite! Maybe I haven’t been to Quiznos enough to really know the menu and the food quality! I was not impressed. I ordered my kids to flatbread/sammies deli turkey slices … believe it or not they ate it all. And my wife ordered the chicken salad! Boy did that one suck! After further examination of the chicken! It look like they created the chicken meat in some remote Russian lab and delivered it directly to this establishment. And the staff was okay! The gentleman who prepare food was cool as a cucumber but he never smiled! Next time imma hit the chick-fil-a across the street when is time to ante up on the meal plan!

.50 cents gets 500 dollars in bad press. The sign was in front of me and the employee 1.50 extra meat, I ordered extra meat. They charged me 2.00, I asked for a manager who I guess was not there, I paid, left my business card and asked for the manager to call me. No call, nothing, so I Unilocal ! I wonder how many people they do this to who don’t catch it?

Store owner has now moved her office into the seating area for customers(very professional). Not sure I’ve ever seen this done before at a franchise operated business. What next, tax filing support while I eat my oven-roasted sub?

Umm… What’s going on here? I was between an exam and a lecture at school and decided to come here for a quick lunch. It was about 10:30AM and I wasn’t sure if they were open, but the Unilocal app said I was good to go and I went inside. At first I thought I walked in the wrong door because there is a fairly large office immediately on the right. There are several glass desks and room for at least two people to work at computers. Very strange for a quick service restaurant. I assume they do a lot of catering because that seemed to be what everyone was working on. My sandwich was toasted before I finished washing my hands, so I guess I’d recommend coming here if you need food in a hurry. Take your time in the parking lot, though. It’s not well thought out and either exit will likely require a long wait or a U-turn.

I was driving through Marietta, actually, a little lost when I spotted this Quiznos, I normally don’t eat fast food but I was so hungry and needed to get my orientation back. So, I stopped there and this great Bostonian greeted me with a big smile and offered me directions and helped me out a lot. He also made me this great sandwich that wasn’t even on the menu, I don’t think. The food was yummy and the hospitality overwhelming. Thank you Ralph, you’re a true gentleman. I will sure to come back.

This is my favorite Quiznos! As far as sandwiches go, my favorite right now is the Lobster and Seafood Salad sub — reminds me of my New England days! I love the little condiment bar at Quiznos, where I always get some banana peppers, and you can’t beat unlimited refills on soda or tea. We come often; not only does the manager recognize us(he’s always in the place, which is nice, unless he’s out doing deliveries), he even remembers our favorites, which I find really nice. I disagree with customer reviews that say he treats his customers poorly. He’s always very pleasant to us, I’ve observed him handing out free samples to other customers, and the multitude of photos and thank-you notes on the walls shows that he’s really involved with local schools, too. It’s true that he doesn’t accept ALL coupons, but I certainly understand that — the national Quiznos sends out these promotions and then expects the local Quiznos to absorb the cost of them. Have you noticed a lot of other Quiznos have gone out of business? I get the impression it’s not easy to own a Quiznos and stay in business. I should mention, too, that the staff is great. There are people there that have been there for years, and they do a great job. Good catering deals, too.

The owner(Ralph) almost always has a bad attitude and treats his customers very poorly. The rest of the the employees, including the fellow who usually makes my sandwich, are alright. The only reason this place is still is business is because of all the catering orders it fills.

I went to Quiznos at 2595 Sandy Plains Rd in Marietta, GA. I had bought a groupon for $ 26(8 subs for the price of 4) on May 18, 2011. It specifically said on the groupon deal that once you redeem it, they will issue you a punch card that never expires but it’s only good at that one location. I had already used 7 of the 8 punches. I went in today to redeem the last one and they refused it. The manager/owner says he quit getting money from Groupon so he’s no longer honoring it. I am very unhappy to say the least. It’s funny reading all these reviews about what a great guy the owner is because he was quite a jerk to me. Perhaps he was having a bad day or was frustrated by the groupon situation but that’s no way to treat a customer. He should have honored the deal. I will be contacting Quiznos headquarters as well as Groupon. Will never go back to this particular location again. Update on my review: I never got any satisfaction from Quiznos headquarters but Groupon did refund my money in full. Not only for the 1 sandwich but the entire $ 26. I read other reviews(that were filtered) that said they also had rude experiences with this owner. Apparently he has a few favorite customers that frequent his restaurant and if you come in with a coupon, he gets an attitude immediately and turns into a different person. I’ve seen both sides to his personality.

Ralph stood slicing meats talking to an employee for a min before acknowledging me. He really has no business being in the customer service business. I say go across the street to Arby’s they are cheaper and actually care about their customers.

Great food and great service! This Quiznos is a nice little place to grab a sandwich and have a bite to eat. The owner, Ralph, is almost always in the store and willing to chat with customers. My company has used them for large catering jobs several times and we’ve always been happy with the food and the service. I come here all the time and will be back!

Friendly staff and always good food. I had the pleasure of meeting Ralph the owner last week, and he was especially kind — he was out there working with his staff — something rare to see these days. Thanks for great service!
