Salon of East Cobb

I bought a groupon and tried to make an appointment, and was told someone would get back to me as they are backed up bc groupon oversold. Never got a return call. Tried for a few weeks to get a live person on the phone, but always got an answering machine. When I finally called and left a message, I did get a call back, but was informed I would have to be placed on the cancellation list, that they are booked through the end of the year. This would put me past the expiration date of the groupon, so… I would not be able to get the services for the amount I paid for the groupon. I have gotten my money back from groupon, but based on the pure pack of customer service over the phone, rudeness, and not «really» honoring the groupon, I can not recommend this place, Its a shame, too, as alot of my friends live in the area and were planning to give them a try after I went and hopefuly saw good results.

I bought the groupon for color and cut (which was a great deal) and decided to give the salon a try since I just moved to East Cobb and didn’t have a new salon. I LOVED it there! I saw Shannon and she was very nice and helped me figure out what I wanted to do with my hair since I really didn’t know when I got there. She went over the pros and cons of what I wanted and helped me make a decision. We even got online at one point so she could be sure she understood exactly what it was I was looking for in my new hair cut and color.
One thing I really liked about the facility was that it was very nice with a casual feel, very Inman Park but OTP. I like that you can email for appointments. I also emailed the the day after to ask about a product they used on my hair and got a response back that day and they put it aside for me at the front desk.
I will definitely be coming back here and telling everyone I know.
