Very friendly and fresh. My son and I had the lamb shank, lemon chicken, and gyro platters. Rice, Hummus, BaBa, Salads in the side. I liked the chicken best; my son like the gyro. Rice was moist and salads were good.

Fresh, crunchy and flavorful… We ordered for the Sindbad platter which had the chicken and steak tosses in an awesome sauce with sliced onions. The pita that it was served on was drenched in its awesomeness. We choose tabouleh and humus as the sides which cane with tazatziki and a hot sauce. The Mediterranean platter had gyro and chicken which was kind of dry but the gyro was so well marinated that it retained its juices. Along with hummus, we ordered for a salad with kale, olives, peas and pasta. The winner was hummus all the way. Our chef made all the dishes fresh eight before our eyes. We ended with the Baklava… too sweet and extremely rich.

The gyro… oh that sweet sweet meat! I fell in love with it, the tzaziki sauce, hummus, just fantastic. The baklava is ok, not like the real thing and they don’t make it in house. The food is made fresh and it tastes so, can feel the freshness. I would really like to try the kofta, falafel and the bread pudding. I think I’ll go again sometime :)

Excellent food and service. Tons of food for a very reasonable price. Staff was above and beyond friendly. Food was hot, made in front of us, and served quickly. The in-house made hot sauce was some of the best I’ve had. Place was very clean. Will definitely be coming back soon!

I picked this place because of its reviews on Unilocal, but after eating there I regretted my decision. My food was microwaved right in front of me and the soda that I got was completely flat. The taste of the food wasn’t that bad but definitely not worth the price. It wasn’t horrible but I will probably not go back or recommend it. Service was good but still not enough to make me want to try it again.

A little hole in the wall that has good clean food thats flavorful for a good price. Its close by to my location so I will be returning if I crave greek food. No complaints, there were a couple sides I didn’t like but thats just taste buds and not low quality food.

Very good Middle Eastern food. I got the platter, which comes with a chicken or lamb, salad, whole pita, and hummus. I believe it was $ 9. The pita was particularly great. It’s the thick kind but they added something that gives it a slightly unique taste I’ve never had in a pita. It’s really good. The hummus was awesome as was everything on the plate. The lamb meat was really good and not overly salty like a lot of places. That’s a huge plus for me. The inside is pretty large and spaced out well. They have seating for about 50 or so with 2 TVs on opposite ends. The older gentleman who I’m guessing is the owner was very friendly as was the super tall chef guy. The woman who works the register was also very friendly. They take Apple pay. This is a solid lunch spot with great food.

If you work/live near Cobb Galleria, this place would be a decent place to go for lunch/dinner. I’ll probably come here often the next few months if I just want a relaxed meal. Parking — Sinbad’s shares a huge lot with several shops. It may be a little jammed during peak hours. I recommend coming before or after the lunch/dinner rush. If you see Schlotzkys(sp?), you’re in the right lot. Sinbad’s sign is kind of hidden depending on where you’re coming from. Space & Service — There are several table and booths, but not enough to cater to a huge lunch rush. I think I’d do to-go here if at all possible since service is fast. All the food is in front of you. Just like a cafeteria. They do use the iPad Method! Make life easier for new restaurant folks IMO. The people are nice & I think I saw one of their children at the register learning how to use everything. Oh the only awkward part: when I got my plate and etc, I saw I didn’t get bread… I guess they don’t give it to you unless you ask for it? I had Hummus as my side. Weird. But eh, I guess the lady forgot. Food: The chicken pita combo with 2 sides & drink comes out to be around $ 10. Not bad at all. The portions are generous! They grill the chicken right in front of you & heat up the bread as well on there. I just thought the chicken was a little bland. I could feel some spice in it, but other than that, no flair. Hummus was okay. Wasn’t as enticing as I’d hope. The bread was like cardboard. :(I was really hoping it’d be like Jerusalem’s Bakery. Salad was REALLY good. Nom. Loved the sauce and the freshness of it. They even have my favorite Jalapeño peppers!

After ordering a to-go order and enjoying it back at the office, I’ll definitely be giving this place more of my business. I ordered the Appetizer Plate which is three sides and a pita for $ 7.99.(I may have to study the menu more to find out if this was a good deal or not.) I chose falafel, cucumber and tomato salad, and tabbouleh salad. The cook fried up my falafel right as I ordered them and served me three ping pong-ball sized falafel on a bed of iceberg lettuce topped with hummus. The falafel were perfect. Smooth on the inside, crunchy exterior, flavorful with a bit of spice. The salads were also very fresh and well-seasoned. The cucumbers and tomatoes were chopped large and tossed in a thin yogurt sauce. The tabbouleh salad was diced cucumber and tomatoes mixed with finely chopped herbs and lemon. I liked to eat this on top of the warm pita. Overall it was very good, and I look forward to trying other dishes in the future.

After reading so many good reviews, my girlfriend and I decided to give Sinbad’s a try. We went on a Friday night and it was not crowded. We saw a sign out front that advertised 20% off between 3−6PM. This would become a peculiar sticking point later. We each ordered our gyros and sides. However, the clerk rang up our meal at almost $ 24. We were confused because there was a sign for a $ 7.99 special and the extra 20% since we were there at 5:30PM. We asked the clerk about the special and she said she didn’t know what we were talking about. We pointed to the sign, which was visible out the window, but she said the sign was not for Sinbad’s. We were perplexed, so we led her to the window and showed her the sign. She went outside and looked it over for a long time. She finally came back in and honored the discount. However, my girlfriend had ordered a water and was charged $ 1 for a Coke. We didn’t have the energy to fight back any longer. This whole ordeal took about five minutes and made no sense. The sign was there for everyone to see. After our order, she went outside and erased the discount part. I have no idea what was going on. After this the head cook got into a fight with the other employee cooking on the grill. I couldn’t tell what it was about, but they were snapping at each other for a while. It magnified the lack of professionalism on display. My chicken gyro was bland. The hummus and fries were good, but I would only recommend my girlfriend’s falafel pita wrap. It was excellent. The second side ended up costing two extra dollars and wasn’t worth it for what you got. Overall, it was too expensive, especially if you didn’t get the discount. I might go back to this place since I live nearby, but I can’t recommend it.

Food: 4 stars, easy. Service/Management: 1 star. Value: Questionable… depends if they honor the discounts they display outside! My boyfriend and I decided to give our kitchen a break and try one of the local restaurants in our neighborhood. We just moved here and have been excited about trying Sinbad’s! We saw a chalkboard sign for 20% off from 3−6pm, which would be great if they honored it! We exchanged words with the cashier over the specials they offer on the outside chalkboard because she didn’t believe that the board said that. Maybe she can’t read, which is sad. There are a lot of resources for adults who can’t read. If she can read, then surely she noticed it when she came to work as it was very clearly marked. I ordered the falafel pita wrap which was truly incredible. I highly recommend it. It was very filling, I didn’t need the sides I ordered. My boyfriend ordered the chicken pita wrap, which was surprisingly flavorless. Falafel pita wrap… all the way. The chefs got into a loud, verbal argument also during the 20 minutes we were there. Between the argument and the cashier’s incompetencies, we were disappointed in the service level at this establishment. We were looking forward to enjoying a yummy meal out… but I have enjoyed writing this review! Despite the issues, I would come here again, to order the falafel pita wrap — to go!

Plenty of options for vegetarins! Very friendly people. Ordered Kelly’s Veggie Plate. Taste was good. Will visit again. Suggestion: Visit this place if you are looking for fast service, relatively inexpensive and tasty food. This place may not be suitable if you want to spend couple of hours over lunch! :-P

This has become a regular spot on my lunch rotation. It’s a quick drive from my office, fast and friendly service, and most important — delicious food! Everything is fresh and made with care. I love the hummus, falafel, and grilled chicken gyro. Even the side salads are great. Big portions and reasonable prices. FYI — it’s VERY casual, not a fancy place to eat. I usually take mine to go.

Food is 4 Stars but I knocked it down to 3 Stars because of the Cook’s Dirty Hands. I hope that’s not too harsh but I have a thing about clean hands. Sinbad’s has a Mix ‘n Match menu. I opted for the Grilled Chicken Pita with 2 sides.(Pita 6.99. plus 1 side 7.99. plus 2 sides 9.99) You pick what you want on your sandwich and they assemble it in front of you like a «Mediterranean Moe’s». Everything was pre-cooked. The sandwich was good but the chicken was a little dry. For my sides, I chose the salad(delicious) and the fried eggplant(flavorless). I think I’ll stick with Jerusalem Bakery, which is not too far away. They have great Gyros and killer desserts.

I really love this place. The food is fresh and meat cooked to order. The hummus is the best I’ve had. They have all of the Mediterranean staples and all at delicious: Gyro, shish-k-bob, dolmas, falafel, tabbouleh, kofte.

I have eaten at many Mediterranean restaurants, and I have very high standards since it is my favorite cuisine. Sinbad’s is by far the best restaurant of its type in the Atlanta area. Don’t let looks fool you. This place is fresh, authentic, simple Mediterranean food at its best. Sinbad’s is my new favorite restaurant! Everything at Sinbad’s is very fresh and made from scratch – even the hot sauce! You can tell the difference, especially with the falafel and baba ghanoush. My favorite thing on the menu is «Kelly’s Special,» a veggie plate with falafel, hummus, baba ghanoush, fatoosh, tabouleh, Jerusalem salad, and pita. I also really like the falafel wrap. If you’re looking for a good deal, visit in the evening; entrees are buy one, get one 50% off(there is also a percentage off for just one entrée) from 3−6pm. The same deal happens all day on Saturday. Also, if you’re on a vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free diet, you will find plenty to eat here.

I love this place! Today was my first time coming here(I believe they’ve only been open a month or so) and they were very friendly. The selection was fantastic and the ingredients were fresh, it was easy to tell. The smells were great and everything looked and sounded very appetizing. As I’ve shown in the pictures, the restaurant was clean, warm, open, and inviting. The menu was easy to read and prices were clearly displayed, and very reasonable. I chose the gyro with everything, and got some sweet tea to go with it. My husband also got a gyro and the falafel. Everything was exquisite. It was quickly made and delivered right to our table(probably because they were slow) and was absolutely delightful. The falafel was the best I or my husband had ever had. The lamb and beef were absolutely delicious, full of flavor. The baklava was delightful as well. I don’t know what else to say except I plan on coming here as often as my wallet will allow — hopefully often, since they are quite affordable!

This is an amazing place to try. Everything is so fresh and super quality taste for pita, rice, salads, kabobs and flavors are just right with superb ingredients of spices. Please come to taste and introduce the place for your friends and people who love Mediterranean cuisine like me, or simply enjoy the good food and lunch with love ones. Lunch rush hour might need to wait a bit.
