I tried their Asian Noodle Bowl with tofu for $ 8. I didn’t realize that this would be a cold dish, so that could have been my mistake for not asking for clarification. It was a paper bowl of cold, flat asian noodles with some kind of cold asian-like sauce squirted only on top. Then they added some cut up pieces of mango, avocado, cabbage, scallions, red peppers, and tofu. In my opinion, the sauce was too strong to use a lot of on the noodles, and so many of the noodles I ended up eating dry. There just wasn’t any richness to any of the flavors except for the powerful sauce, which overpowered everything. I finished the dish because it was my lunch, but for the price I would have expected something with more effort and some kind of flavor.

1 star is too high. Wow, they really know how to ruin a person’s Friday night. It was soooo bad. BBQ pulled pork mac and cheese burrito was mushy and tasteless. Beef noodle soup tasted like feet! I have never tasted anything like that before. We tasted it, and off it went into the garbage can. It’s like they have no clue what food should taste like. Sorry for the harsh review but food can either put me in a great mood or in a bad mood. In this case, a real bad mood.

WARNING! This review may be seen by some as harsh, but doing better has to be a goal if you are in business. We went to visit this food truck at the Smyrna Tuesday Night Food Truck. We wanted to try something new in a sea of either overly familiar or just not what we had a taste for. After reviewing each and every board, we decided to go back to the first truck on the row — they had a macaroni dish and sliders that seemed interesting. WHY oh WHY did we do that? They have a huge chalkboard with all of their offerings listed for the crowd. OK. They have a cashier standing out front to take your order so that you do not have to strain your neck to tell them what you need. The young lady did not seem to know the menu very well which was surpising considering that it was so short. I dedred what they call GA Shrimp Mac n’ Cheese($ 9) and the Italian Beef sliders, oh, and a coke. Overall rating — I would give them .25 of a point. The macaroni was those skinny coodles that one purchases at Sams Club in bulk rates. They boiled the noodles, put them into a bowl, threw a cheese-like mixture on top(wait, let me explain. THe cheese was somewhat one becomes accustomed to when purchasing off brand macaroni noodles. It tasted like there was a trace of nacho cheese ini. There were 6 awkwardly placed shrimp on top with not one shake of seasoning. The sliders were just as tasteless. When I asked what they were, they told me that it was basically going to be pulled beef. It was, they just forgot to mention that it had no taste. The buns were the rolls that one gets at Sams, cut in half. Considering the value of the meal, the horrible taste — this was an extremely expensive meal, I will never return to this truck.
