Despite a positively bewildering array of «clearances» «discounts» and «sales» — each with its own specific and obtuse meaning in Stein Mart-​ese — a fairly reliable source of mid-​range menswear, especially of the casual variety.
Stuff does skew to golfy-​golfy golf golf hues and styles, but even those brands can harbor good quality at decent prices.
Now that neighbor Kohl’s has gone totally downmarket, it is either Stein Mart or a trip to a mall — and no one wants that if they can help it.
