Yep! Every time I try to give this place another chance it’s the same story! Employees laughing and playing around instead of taking your order and if you stay long enough to actually order you’ll wait forever for your food!

Everything said never is true. While I stand here waiting for my food I can see the sadness in everyone’s faces. ‘We already paid for our foods and now we can’t leave.’ –sad people. Expect a 15 minute wait time for this hard to make food.

Negative star. This is a combination Taco Bell and KFC. Cashier ignored me for two or three minutes before grudgingly asking ‘melp you’ while looking beyond me into space. I had to repeat my order three times: six crunchy tacos. She kept thinking I was saying ‘six soft tacos’. She really seemed like she was someplace else mentally. They got the tacos made fairly quickly, gave it to me in a ‘to go’ bag, even though I said it was for ‘here’. I sat down to eat. The soul/R&B music was cranked up about 50% louder than it needed to be. There was no condiment stand for hot sauce, etc. That is usually a sign that there’s a ghetto nearby because hungry ‘po people’ often visit fast food restaurants and clean them out of any freely available condiments: hot sauce, ketchup, salt, mustard, honey packets, you-name-it. So I had to go back to the counter, wait to attract someone’s attention because they were all carrying on about something funny in the back kitchen. Finally, a guy saw me and I asked for six mild sauce packets. He came back with a fistful(at least 20) of HOT sauce packets, none of which were mild. OK, so I can eat a taco with no sauce at all, I guess. I sit down again and open my bag of tacos, and there’s only four. I checked my receipt: I paid for six. Again to the counter I went, and this time I didn’t bother to politely wait to be noticed. I just loudly called back into the kitchen that I needed two more crispy tacos because they didn’t give me enough. A lady came out and I repeated the problem. She nodded in understanding and then waddled back to the kitchen. I told her I was siting near the exit and to bring my tacos out to me. Five minutes later I still don’t have my other tacos, so again I go to the counter and another employee is blankly staring into space instead of asking if I need help. I told her I was waiting for two extra tacos and then another lady realized that my tacos were just sitting next to the register. Nobody even thought to bring them out to me. I open up the bag to check and sure enough, another mistake: they were soft tacos, not crispy tacos. I dropped them right back on the counter without a word and went back to eat my last taco. I thought surely some manager would come and ask me what the problem was. Nope. By the way, the tacos were terrible. There was only about half the expected amount of meat, lettuce and cheese, and whoever made them slopped meat sauce everywhere on the shells. The shells were cold and somewhat stale. And they wrapped them sloppily so that the contents spilled out. If these people can’t get make a decent taco to company specs, can’t get a simple order right, and don’t understand the basics of customer service, why in heck are they employed here? I dealt with four different people while trying to get customer service. Not one of them looked me in the eye. This was the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to in my life. I should have gone to Panera. They don’t hire these kinds of people there. I miss the old days when fast food workers were conscientious and tried hard to please.

OK, first of all… I know Taco Bell is not authentic Mexican food. I also know it’s not even very good food. However, every once in awhile, you have to give into your knowingly slutty cravings and dive head first into some truly heinous fast food. When that mood strikes me, I head straight for«The Border.» While I don’t expect«The Bell» to be a culinary experience, I do at least expect it to be edible. Sadly for me, my Mexican pizza turned out to be anything but. Now I know there are some of you who are probably smugly grinning that I’ve gotten exactly what I deserved… but this was new levels of awful. In fact, saying it was awful would be an insult to awful food. From the unfortunately pliable tortillas to the woefully flavorsome sauce, the entire experience was about as enjoyable as scaling a mountain of dung. A mountain of dung covered in burned salsa sauce and a thick sheet of unmelted plastic cheese. I could go on, but good taste and decency prevents me from doing so. I even tried feeding it to our office intern and he turned it down. When the starving college student turns down free grub, you know there’s a problem. I know every Taco Bell isn’t like this, so I’ll save my cravings for times where I’m around the locations I know. But please… for the love of God and your stomach lining, avoid this branch. I would have been better off licking the bathroom floor.

I ordinarily like KFC& Taco Bell well enough — but this place is the PITS! Aside from playing loud hip hop/rap music constantly — the staff here is just flat out awful. They could care less if you get your order in a timely or correct manner. They just kind of stumble around getting most things wrong and looking completely bored. I work nearby and have given them numerous chances. I finally just decided that I’m DONE with this place. I shouldn’t have to put up with incompetent and downright hateful acting employees.

The service is very slow. About 4 people walking around the kitchen doing nothing. It took about 10 minutes to get the food even though the restaurant was empty. We had a very simple order. The cashier(Estes) was very slow, hard to hear and not focused on the order or the customer. Was looking at everywhere but us. She also took the wrong order for my son

It is a Taco Bell/KFC hybrid. The service can be lacking and slow but it is a Taco Bell/KFC so the expectations are not really high. Food is as ordered but make sure to check your bag when going through drive thru.

Stop by to have something quick to eat, well is called fast food. Yeah right!!! Took 15 minutes to acknowledge me however meanwhile we are moving slow and the line outside and inside keeps getting bigger. Personnel don’t smile or say good afternoon. I’m typing this and still haven’t gotten my order. Took pictures checked in Unilocal and posted comments. Guess what still waiting. You wait on a typical restaurant ½ hour for your food still waiting. Something needs to change before

If I could give a negative star I would. Had to repeat order twice. Was not given cinnamon twists I paid for. Taco salad was ordered with extra sour cream. I received no sour cream and no salsa, but did receive a cup of BBQ sauce. I had to take the chicken burritos back because the rice was so burnt and crunchy it wasn’t edible. Hey at least the place was clean!
