The Wing Factory

I like the wings are fried hard and prepared fast. The atmosphere was laid back and the staff was friendly. I liked the Teriyaki wings had a rich thick sauce, full of flavor.

This is a great wing place. We go there for every big game. The wings are fresh not frozen and the Philly Cheese is crazy good.

I have been frequenting this business for years but the customer service leaves alot to be desired. I continue because they have the best wings.
I always do take out because the owner puts no effort to update the appearance and is not friendly at all.
On a good note if you are looking for some delicious tasting wings in Marietta this is the place to go. I recommend the lemon pepper, ranch, hot lemon pepper, or teriyaki. They also have ranch and lemon pepper fries… absolutely addictive.

Ladies and gentleman please please please don’t eat here. I opened my salad from delivery and there was a live cockroach inside. I am so grossed out and disgusted that a business can be run like this.

HORRIBLE ! Horrible! Service. It’s owned by Indians and they’re service is not friendly at all ! They snatched my card and rushed for me to pay so they can close. I only went thier because American deli was closed, and this is service I get. Never again.

I ordered ranch and garlic wings when I ordered I was on my lunch break. I called and just wanted to change my order due to the garlic being unbearable, the man that answered the phone told me that that’s just how they make them and will not change it. I just asked if I can change the order this is my lunch he said no. I told him that it wAs a company that ordered and i will make sure we don’t order from them again, he said ok and ended the call. My manager called them back and asked to speak with their manager, he told her to call back tomorrow and ended the call. I will NEVER eat from there again. Poor customer service and disgusting food.

Good crispy wings made quick and exactly how I like them. Spicy lemon pepper… Yum. They are little on the salty side so if you’re concerned about sodium intake this may not be the place for you. My family has visited just to order wings from here and eat that at my house. This place is definitely carry out type of business. Orders are made quick and when I have picked up my order has always been a pleasant experience with good service.

Laaawwwdddd… I love me some hot honey barbecue wings! I don’t know what it is about that combination that makes them so irresistible to me.
Sometimes I get a little too carried away. Take today for example. I wasn’t exactly «in the neighborhood,» but I found a reason to be near Windy Hill Rd & Terrell Mill Rd… and since I was nearby I stopped in for a quick fix.
It’s literally been years since I had been here. Fortunately (or unfortunately) nothing has changed. Same green counter. Same three tables. Same torn chairs. I guess their business is mostly carry-​out, so it might not matter. All I know is that they get stingy with the napkins and if I’m going to eat 18 hot honey barbecue wings for a snack I’m going to need a lot more help staying clean.
In the end, they still make the hot honey barbecue wings EXACTLY how I like them and I can’t seem to find the exact combination anywhere else. I just wish I lived or worked close enough to make carry-​out an option because eating at home would be nicer and I’d have as many napkins as I want.

I’m ashamed that I haven’t written a review for my favorite wing spot. Seeing Lane M.‘s review triggered this thought since I introduced her to this place! Long story short… I second that emotion (as it relates to Lane’s review). These are hands down my favorite and most reliable wings. I’m an avid «ranch» wings lover (its a dry rub) and now I have a hard time not complimenting these wings with ranch fries. My close second favorite is the lemon pepper. I can say that I’m not a big fan of the sweet and sour wings but I’m much more of a dry wing (vs. wet/​saucy) fan UNLESS its some type of buffalo sauce (then I can do either).
Wing factory also has a sister location in Kennesaw (although I don’t think they consider themselves associated with each other). I also frequent this location. This should NOT be confused the the chain/​restaurant Wing Factory however. There is a Wing Factory on Peachtree Industrial and it is much pricier and waaaaay less tasty.

I love these wings!!! I haven’t tried a flavor that I don’t like. This is not a place you would go in expecting great customer service, because that «aint gonna» happen. But the wings are fried to perfection (I like my wings crispy) and always fresh, so this keeps me coming back for more and more.
They are reasonably priced also.

I rate this place so low not bcuz of the wings (they are great) but becuz of the service. My coworkers and I always order and have out food delivered. One day they sent us the wrong flavor wings and when asked to havers order completed ahmid said the delivery drivers car was broke, after calling and placing another order mysteriously there was no mention of a broken car. Ahmid told us if we wante our order to be corrected we had to come to the restaurant (BS). He then called us back and said to save the wings until the next day and he would have the correct the order and pickup the incorrect order, all of this after he called us liars, stating we ordered exactly what we got.

I came here one night because I wanted something quick and cheap. This place is pretty decent. The lemon pepper fries were tasteful. The flavor of the wings were ok. Don’t expect too much when you go here but it is a good option if you want something quick.

So after a friend Mentioned this place to me many months ago, I finally had to check them out. So I called in my order, the man on the other line was more than rude and pretty much just hung up on me once I was done placing my order, I wasn’t even sure he got my whole order. I received the same treatment when I walked in to pickup my telephone order– he never got off the phone the whole time, or thanked me. I mean a «thank you» is the least I expect to have when patronizing a business.
I alone would give the wings a 4 or 5 star, they were excellent. Crispy and the hot honey BBQ sure did do the trick. But I just can’t give my business to a place that treats is customers like that.

I went here today because I couldn’t think of any other wing place that would be open without going to a bar. I was prepared for some big, nasty wings but I was pleasantly surprised. The sauce was definitely… different tasting, kind of garlicky but it was pretty good. I would definitely go back again.

The wings are so-​so. There are many flavor offerings, and the hot and sweet and sour were not impressive — tasted like wings drenched in sugared hotsauce. Texture was good, though, not slimy. Go for more basic or standard flavors. The raw «veggies» were limp and the fries were crinkled style and seemed to come out of one of those plastic bags. Watch out for the automatically added in tip.
