Their health rating was a 100/A. That’s the only reason this is getting 2 stars. I came in at 9PM, the restaurant is supposed to be open for another hour and they’ve already put away the ketchup, cleaned out one of the frosty machines, and they are more concerned about going home than they were serving the customers. I was given a chocolate Frosty from the back machine, which was just liquid. I understand people wanting to go home, but when your store is open till 10PM, you shouldn’t be tearing down the equipment when you have customers coming in the door. I will not be back to the store.

I went through the drive thru and was cheated on my change. Not provided a receipt and told the manager. He did on the shot cash register check and came back to say he did not think my change was off because the cash register was only over by $ 10.00. I have learned not to pull off without a receipt and recommend you don’t either. I’m disappointed! !

All I wanted was a sweet tea… A SWEETTEAPEOPLE! We’re in GA! Is that too much to ask?! First, it was not sweet. Second, It was bitter. It wouldn’t even pass for decent unsweet tea. I don’t need my sweet tea over saturated with sugar, but I expect it to be sweet. If someone wants their sweet tea less sweet they can add… wait for it… UNSWEETTEA to it! Plus, it cost me $ 2.00. I should have driven the extra 1.4 miles to McDonalds where they know how to hook some sweet tea up.

This is the worst run Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Slow. Mixing up customer orders. Can’t get straight orders for here or to go. Leaves burgers on the counter for 9 minutes while dropping fries(and 9 minutes for fries???) The store may be renovated, but it’s a terrible experience. Go eat somewhere else.
