McDonald’s

Hey, it’s McDonalds. Like every other Mcdonalds. Well, to be fair this place has never gotten my order wrong in over two years, is always clean, and the staff is genuinely positive. This is my default go-​to place when I want my McD’s fill.

Took my girlfriend for our 2 year anniversary and spent over $ 10 on our dinner! RIDICULOUS but totally worth it! Even ordered extra Big Mac sauce for the lady :) I got lost in the sauce that night

I only frequent this location for breakfast, it is easy to get in and out of on my way to work. The speed of service is good.
My favorite item is the Cinnamon melt. They are sweet and gooey goodness. Usually 2 hash browns for $ 1 is a good side to go with it too. Warning though it will smell good and impossible to eat if you are driving.

I would choose «0» stars if I could, and this is a first for me… I had to wait 5 minutes before I walked behind the counter to get someone to take me order. When they took my order they took their sweet time, and my fries were put on to cook 3 minutes after I placed my order. Then the fries that were ready were given to a customer who arrived when I did. Orange buckets were hovered around the front counter to catch a leak from the roof. The staff was rude, and didn’t care about customer service. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates employees who are rude to you. I have been to this location 7 times in the past three weeks, and many times before that, and never want to visit it again after today. Service was good until today, but that’s all it takes.

So hit or miss! Sometimes the people are literally illiterate and others they are quick and great. Unfortunately I have had more negative experiences than positive, but it is what it is with Mcdonalds.

As far as McDonald’s go in general this store is fantastic! Yes fantastic. Why because they know how to treat the customer. The regional manager is in the store quite frequently and he is very tuned into the way customers need to be treated couple that with a great staff in a very good management team and you will have a golden arches experience here.

*** Quick Edit — This McD’s has improved on their manners to some degree… not the best in the world but no where near what it used to be!
Very rude service from the male drive thru cashier. As I drove around the building, he was outside smoking and picking his nose. As he took my order, he sounded irritated that I «bothered» him while smoking. When I got the window, he snatched my money from my hand. I said «Thanks» and the only thing he said was «Yup». He didn’t even bother looking at me. I must also say that the manager at the next window was totally opposite him.
