This was the most ridiculous experience I’ve had lately. We ordered our food and the time was 12:48. We did not revive our food(3 sandwiches) until 1:07. This is ridiculous. Isn’t this supposed to be somewhat fast??? I wanted to get up and leave because I was hungry but I paid so I figured I’d stay. My mom’s sandwich had to be sent back because it was wrong and had wayyyyy too much mayonnaise. Like a whole jar. It’s 1:18 and mom is still waiting. Not happy and will not be coming back. Not enough employees. I also had to take out half the contents in my sandwich. The chicken was fatty and not edible. Gross.

Crowded, smoky, noisy, mediocre food, uncaring workers. Only the prices exceed expectations. When I told a worker who asked that my sub tasted like crap he walked away without comment. After that I sat at my table for 15 minutes, writing this review and filling out their online survey. Since no one at Firehouse thought it was serious enough to walk over and ask me about it, I went to the front counter and asked to talk to the manager. She offered to make me another one, but I refused, since I didn’t think I wanted more of the same. She then offered to refund my money, but I had no time left so I said no. A better alternative to Firehouse is to walk 100 feet up the shopping center to Publix. They make much better subs that are cheaper.

Don’t go here! My friend and I got food poisoning from here. We were puking with terrible stomach pains for 12 hours straight! We were on our way to a concert when we stopped here. We ended up having to miss the concert and stayed in the hotel puking all night! We both got two different sandwiches so it wasn’t just one individual thing that was contaminated!

Food is great but they almost always get something on the order wrong. They don’t make too much of a fuss when they make your sandbox over. The wait can be long during peak times, bit I try to avoid those times. If they can gety next order right on the first try next time, I will add a star

Great tasting subs at a great price. I’ve always had a great visit at this location!

I’m surprised by the lower rating on Unilocal for this location. I’ve been here several times over the last several months and have never had any issues with customer service. The staff are super efficient and courteous, and their sandwiches are pretty satisfying. I usually stick with the sriracha beef combo, which always hits the spot. Their coke freestyle machine has also become one of my new guilty pleasures.

I never write reviews but I felt like I needed too. I had never been to a Fire House Sub place and decided to try it out. First off the service was awful. They were rude and not friendly. Secondly the sub was awful. I ordered a cheese steak with wheat bread. The meat had no taste. The grilled onions and peppers tasted old and the mustard they used was nasty. I took it back to the lady and she pretty much said well that’s too bad and said she couldn’t do anything about it. So needless to say I just threw away $ 10! Never going back! Or at least to this particular one!

I always liked firehouse subs but this location has trouble following instructions. I asked for a hook n ladder salad with a couple items taken off for allergies issues. Of course it came in full form, I asked them to remake it and the girl was like seriously and guess what they just washed one of the items off. Guess they don’t understand food allergies yet and they laughed about it… Not coming back…

I get really tired of sandwich spots. But firehouse is way better. The employees are always welcoming, the food is better quality, and the environment is nicer than other sub shops. Try the meatball sub, it’s delish.

As a vegetarian, I’m still confused on how or why I wandered in here. Okay, I was hungry, really hungry and it was right there. They actually make a veggie sandwich. Yes, a roasted veggie sandwich, and it was incredibly better than I imagined! Sauteed, warm mushrooms and onions were roasted on the sub before the cool crisp, fresh veggies were added. I was in heaven! Randomly, one experience with this sandwich was enough to classically condition me… every time I pass a firehouse subs sign, my mouth waters. Pavlov would be proud. The price point was great, I got a regular and had enough for two meals. And, the sub far exceeded my expectations. My only complaint was the staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful(especially as a first timer) and they were wrapped up in their own conversation which seemed to delay the amount of time we all waited for our sandwiches. I’ll be back, but just to a different location.

Asked for take out, was given sandwich for dine in. Asked for wheat bread, was given white. The food is great, obviously, cause their sandwiches rock, but they need to get on the training of their employees to provide food the way it’s ordered.
